Hi. It would be very useful if we could have a column for Clients current appointments. We constantly need to check when a Client has an appointment and showing it the front ticket screen would be very useful

in/out Time entry on ticket notes
Start and stop time on notes section rather than/as well as minutes spent.
Sometimes when I leave my customer I find it would be easier to put the time I got there and the time I left then calculate the minutes. Also if you put the minutes in say an hour later it puts the wrong in/out time on the labor log. I know you can do this in the labor log but that does not go to the ticket notes or email customer.

Toggle for QB customer override
When RepairShopr is synced with QB it now changes customer information that has been set up in QB if it doesn't match what is in RepairShopr (change happened during an update in Nov 2018). It would be great to have a toggle where we can elect to have this information changed or not like we have for syncing payments.

Change values in recurring invoices
Please can we have the ability to change the value globally of the item in the recurring invoice
Lets say we have 1000 Office 365 customers, Microsoft increase their price by 10%, we need to be able to pass this on and change our price.
There is no such option to do this- apart from change 1000 individual entries.
It also would be useful to price change say increase the price by 5% per year

Shopify already!
This was brought up before, but I think needs revisiting since the last post was marked complete "questionable).
Integrate Shopify. Shopify is too big to continue to ignore. Sure Woo still dominates but Shopify is now running close second after passing Magento in 2018. (source: https://www.cloudways.com/blog/top-ecommerce-platforms)
Many RS subscribers need two-way sync with RS inventory, POS and eCommerce. Both APIs from RS and Shopify are out there ready for action. RS is a great product and we love it's diversity, but it really falls short ion this area. Zapier is limited for RS as well.

Show Open Tickets When Creating New Ticket
When you go to create a new ticket and enter the customer name. It would be great if there was a spot that showed your current open tickets (Number/Date/Status/Subject/Vehicle Name). This way to prevent two tickets for the same asset getting created.

Maintain field selection when adding items to logistics transfer by barcode scanner
When I use a barcode scanner to add items to a logistics transfer, the page refreshes after each item and I have to reselect the field for each new item.

I'd like to use an iPad to have our customers sign the invoices but don't want them to accidentally see the private comments on tickets.

make the boxes for serial numbers longer
When checking in parts from a purchase order, if adding a serial number to the part, the box is rather short, and you cannot view the whole serial number without scrollingto the side. Make the box a little longer so you can add longer numbers.

"Search all things" sorting
It would be much more useful if this sorted in reverse chronological order rather than forward. If I start typing "dell" to look for a recent ticket, a list of the very first Dell computers I worked on years ago is not useful.
Same would apply to Customer, Leads, Invoices and all other fields that show in the search.

Send serial numbers on invoice to quickbooks
In RS I have an invoice and the description of product fields lists serial numbers if the item has serial numbers. When this invoice is sent to QBO it does not include the serial numbers in the description. Please add the serial numbers to the description.

Attach worksheet to inventory items
I would like to be able to assign worksheets directly to inventory items or services. That way if I add a diagnostic fee to a ticket, the proper worksheet will be added as well. This is applicable to several fee's that we use, like windows reinstall, virus removal, etc.

Currently The fields shown under relevant assets in a ticket are fixed, It would be helpful to have the ability to customize what fields show up similar to how we can under the assets tab.

Utilise Chrome Notifications for Caller ID popup (and other notifications)
In app notifications are great, but we dont sit here all day with repairshopr open on a screen!
Would it be possible to have chrome push notifications added, so any notifications (e.g caller id alerts) where pushed to the desktop.
or even a 3rd part app like the printr application to manage inbound calls on a per user basis.
so if "Colleague A" answers the phone he can click the popup to open a ticket or existing ticket, or the customer

Saved Customer Search NOT operations
There does not appear to be an easy way to create a customer list (with the intention of creating a Marketr mailing list) that is "All customers EXCEPT ______".
We have a simple customer variable that indicates an RMM customer, and I would like to email all customers who are not enrolled.
