    It would be very helpful to have more options in the text entry fields (specifically in tickets) for text formatting. Markdown is supported in many other applications, so many users may be familiar with it already. https://daringfireball.net/projects/markdown/

  2. Merge Estimates and/or Link Estimate To Ticket

    My team has made the mistake of creating an estimate without having it linked to a ticket first. It would be helpful to either be able to merge estimates together to get it linked to a ticket and or be able to link an estimate to a ticket after it's been created.

  3. Make tickets resolved report sortable by type

    it would be useful to have the "Tickets Resolved" report sortable by ticket type. (Say, in-store, on-site, remote support).

    Right now I have to export all tickets, sort by ticket type, then ticket status.

  4. Account Credit Reminder before taking a payment.

    We have run into the issue many times where someone pays for their ticket and the account credit is often overlooked.

    If there was a reminder or credit shown during the payment processing this would streamline customer check out and errors with payment and the need to refund payments.

  5. Print a list of tickets with a certain ticket type

    I would find it extremely useful to be able to print the list of tickets with a certain ticket type, for example, I would go into 'Tickets' where I have a saved search which will only show me tickets marked as 'New'. I would LOVE to be able to just click 'print' and have that list as a hard copy. Thanks, Tommy

  7. Apply Contract Pricing Discounts to Product Categories

    Hey everyone, lets talk about Contract Pricing and discounts.

    I have a ton of items in product categories, and some of my customers get a discount based on the product category, which we try and handle through Contracts.

    Here's a scenario:

    I have a customer that resells small cylinders of gas that we manufacture in house. My margin on these is decent, so they get 30% off our list pricing of any gas. The problem is that there are something like 300 SKUs easily in this category. I can't add all of these manually every time we get set up…

  8. Ability to add images to a bundled item

    I'd like to see the option to add an image to a bundle item.

    For my business, bundles are the item being sold, we generally don't sell the component parts separately, so to be able to quickly visualise the bundled items would be great.

  9. Filter Tickets Numerically when assigning Estimates/Invoices to Existing Tickets

    When you want to assign a estimate or invoice to an existing ticket, you click on Edit and then click on the drop-down list to choose an existing ticket. Some of my customers have hundereds of tickets and currently the existing tickets are not in any logical order and it is near impossible to find the correct ticket. If this could be a searchable field or at the very least placed in numerical order it would make this process way faster. Many times we duplicate similar estimates when presenting the customer multiple options but need to assign the duplicated tickets…

  10. Send invoice to "additional CC address"

    Have the option to only send to the email addresses in the "Additional Invoice CC Email Addresses" field and not the main account holder as well.

  11. Quick sign out... Add Assets in app.

    I would be great if you could add the lock / sign off button to the main bar for quicker access. Plus I know the POS self locks after the inputted time but it would also be good if the who program locks after a certain amount of time when left un-attended.

    The app is coming a long way, however it would be great if we could add assets within the mobile app so these can be done easily for techs on site.

  12. Scrolling to part look up when adding charges to a ticket.

    When looking up a part number to put onto a ticket or anywhere you can search for parts. It would be really helpful if instead of only showing the amount of parts that your screen can display based on the resolution.

  13. Status for mailed invoices

    Just like how emailed invoices show their status, having the ability to mark invoices as having been paper mailed would be great. We often go through invoices and double check that all have been sent and there's no real way to know for paper invoices except making a note in the ticket and reviewing ticket notes.

    Something just like the radio button for "paid" would be awesome.

  15. Pending Order Alert

    When trying to add inventory items with zero quantity in stock to an invoice or to ticket charges, an alert to notify us that the item will become a pending order would be handy. Staff select the wrong product at times and this wreaks havoc with keeping inventory. Maybe the option to toggle the alert on/off in inventory settings?

  17. Per Day Appointment booking

    Right now, you can't change hours for individual days on the appointment booking module in Custom Widgets. Right now, we have a custom widget for appointment booking, but it won't let us make Saturday hours shorter than weekday hours. Seriously?

  18. Redesign the ticket dashboard and/or create a trello like project mangament UI

    Been trying to use the ticket dashboard for 2 years for project management of all the repairs and flow of executing the repairs daily, however it just seems to not click for me. Perhaps I'm unaware of something else to use, or different way to use the dashboard, but recently came across trello, and started using this for both companies I own and operate daily. Had a lightbulb when I I was using this repair board I made for hte shop, that it'd be insane awesome addition to this already amazing CMS ticketing and more system. Would be one more…

  19. Mobile App Feature Request- Show IMEI/Serial Number info

    I sell mobile phones. Normally I use the web application to choose which IMEI I'm giving the customer. I've noticed with the iOS/Android app an issue:

    1. You can't choose an IMEI/Serial number when creating an invoice while using the app.
    2. Even if I created an invoice in the past, when I come I try to pull it up in the app, it doesn't show the IMEI/Serial number that normally appear in the web app.

  20. Enable DKIM support

    Setting up DMARC for my domain after getting a spoofed email from my "support" address that was obviously not legit. While I've added RS to my SPF record, there's no DKIM signature for those emails, therefore they don't comply with DMARC. I've got it set to only monitor, but the idea is to eventually lock that down. Any thoughts on putting this in place?
