Email multiple people on estimates

On tickets and invoices there's the option to email multiple people with updates. Not so with estimates. It would be nice to enable multiple CC's of estimates.

    We would also like to see this implemented. The people who are CC'd on the ticket correspondence all want a copy of the estimate. Sending these manually to them is quite time consuming.
