  1. Allow the client contact who is marked to receive invoices be able to view invoices from portal.

    Right now we can can set a client contact to receive invoices under the customer information. Can we make it so when that contact logs into their customer portal they can view all of the current and past invoices? Most likely this person is the one who does the bookkeeping.
    Right now i have to give that person the owners login credentials (With their permissions) but this will become an issue down the line for bigger companies.

  2. Sync the RepairShopr invoice name filed to the invoice name/reference field in Xero

    I have to retype the invoice name every time into the invoice reference field in Xero before sending the invoices out. It waould be extremely handy if this field could just sync across!

  3. Paid Invoices Make Comment on Ticket

    Hey guys,

    I love that when an Invoice is emailed it updates the ticket, but can we please also get it to update the ticket when the Invoice is Partially or Fully paid? Would really help. Fully paid especially. Would even be cool if the invoiced status button at the top had a marker that showed when each invoice was paid.

    Heck though, just having the comment would be great.

  4. multiple issues on a ticket

    Many of the customers we deal with will have 2 or more problems with the same unit. I would be great to be able to dispatch a single ticket to a tech with several issues on it needing to be addressed instead of dispatching several tickets for 1 unit.

  5. Be Able to require a Customer Signature after doing an On-Site Ticket Appointment

    We sometimes have to make multiple trips on-site for a particular issue/ticket. It would be helpful to have a customer sign off on Every time we are on site as we have had customers try to say that we were never on site to help them, etc. to get out of paying their bill. We want to acknowledge every single on-site visit. In our environment, we are not using Customer Portal, our customers call in to the shop to start tickets, so I want them to sign on our phone/Field Tablets that they acknowledge the appointment times, notes, etc.

  8. Different Estimate Templates

    Could we possible have different Estimate Templates and be able to select which Template to use (like say from a dropdown list) while filling an estimate form?

    This will be super handy for different types of customers(one for commercial custs and one for residential custs for example).

    We love the invoice naming feature but could you implement this on the recurring invoices as well. Now all our ad-hoc invoices have names but as most of our work is recurring, most invoices do not have names!

    It would be nice to have the physical location added to the inventory/products page so you can glance at it without having to open the the actual part. It would be nice for shops that carry a lot of inventory to cut out one step.

  14. "No Email - Of Any Kind" indicator in ticket comments box

    I just found that "No Email - Of Any Kind" was enabled after discovering that even the normal option to send an invoice was not there. I don't recall ever setting "No Email - Of Any Kind". As it turns out, an email to one of the customer contacts bounced which then activated this setting.

    The problem is that one could be updating tickets and not even realise that the emails are not actually being sent, because the ticket comment box still shows the button with "Email" on it along with the customer's email address below the button.

  15. Make private comments a two-way conversation.

    I love giving comments to techs in there, but they have no way to reply easily. They have to send an email and then their replies are not in the ticket thread any more.

  16. Allow us to add an approval check box that can face the customers in tickets

    Would it be possible to add a feature where we can allow a checkbox or
    button to the customer side of the ticket? It would be great if this could
    change the ticket from not approved to approved status. But even if its
    just an update that would be fine for us.
    If not what about putting an option for the worksheets to face the
    customer? In the worksheet we have a drop down for approved or not
    approved. But on the customer side it only shows the worksheet name and
    question?

    Having a return key combination that enters information into the ticket window communications.

    Ex: "[shift]+[enter]"

    "Machine is ready for pickup. [shift + enter]" <--- Publishes Note

    Ultimately I would like to see more integration of keyboard shortcuts instead of mouse clicks.

  18. Have Teamviewer Integration add session comments to ticket private note

    It would be useful if the Teamviewer integration collected the session notes and connection time from a TV connection report after the session completes and feeds that information back up into the Repairshopr ticket as a private note. The tech can then simply decide to charge the time in the ticket labor log if they choose to.

  19. Display service location on invoices

    We have customers that have multiple service locations. We have entered these as additional locations in RepairShopr. On the invoice, the customer would like to see which site the service was performed at in the case of onsite appointments. If there was a field called "service location" we could include on the invoice that would make this fairly easy. We would also want to have the ability to use a specific invoice template for each customer, so that we did not have to display "service location" info for customers that did not have multiple locations.

  20. Customers / Companies' managers approve employee tickets

    We would like that when a ticket is sent from one of the contacts of a customer, a dedicated person (manager) of that company should be able to review the ticket (Approve or Decline). Only once approved should the ticket end up in our open queue.

    Basically, the manager of our customer would like to authorize tickets sent from their staff before we can proceed to work on the ticket. Hope that makes sense.
