Different Estimate Templates
Could we possible have different Estimate Templates and be able to select which Template to use (like say from a dropdown list) while filling an estimate form?
This will be super handy for different types of customers(one for commercial custs and one for residential custs for example).

we aren't a computer repair shop, or an auto repair shop or an hvac shop. We service various types of equipment. It would be much appreciated to have the ability to create a template for each type of equipment that we service. Sometimes we do plumbing, sometimes we install a new air compressor etc, etc. Having to alter the estimate template each time is a real pain in the ass.

Agree with this. We need this feature for other locations with different taxes. We already have different invoice templates so why not estimates

I agree with this. Also, we need the ability to type in the issue. Not all customers are able to use the portal to see the linked ticket. Manually typing the issue into the ticket would suffice.

I'd love to see the ability to have different templates for different types of estimates... for example, a monthly service quote typically has the same items listed on it, only the quantity and pricing changes. Rather than having to look at an old estimate and add line items one by one, I'd like to just bring up a copy/template and adjust accordingly. This would make the process MUCH faster.

Having multiple options for any template would be great. We use estimates in QB for tracking loaners with a template that is slightly different than our normal estimate. We also generate packing slips in QB from the invoice. Having the ability to do this would be very beneficial.
