Time Clock Report Instant Modification
When we pull the time clock report (report > employees > time clock report) would be nice to have the ability to modify the report for the previous week if an employee failed to clock out.

Calendar to show Jobs that are more than two months in the future
At present the calendar only shows jobs scheduled in the calendar for the next two months? I believe this is to improve performance of the program? It would be really useful for the calendar to show what is booked for the full year. As a service business we can book well into the future and without this capability we could easily double book work.

Add Ticket # as an available tag in places like Marketr
When using Marketer Email Campaign for Customer Service Followups many customers who have multiple tickets are getting confused on what ticket the follow up is related to.
Adding another "Available tag" like "Ticket #" will help to reduce the confusion and improve communications.

grouping of charges on recurring invoices
We utilize the recurring invoice feature a lot. Throughout the month, we open, work on, and resolve tickets for a client on a per incident basis. We put charges on the tickets, then they get accumulated to the recurring invoice that runs on the first.
My feature suggestion is that the invoices be formatted so that charges from those tickets get grouped and labeled according to the ticket number and name. This way when a customer gets an invoice with 20+ charges grouped by ticket and not just jumbled up. I know that we can put descriptions on the charges,…

Special Order Parts Grouping
Sometimes we need to special order multiple parts for a single ticket. It would be great to be able to add all part orders to one special order part entry. It would cut down on data entry time. Would need to be able to receive parts in the group independent of each other, just like you can with PO's.

Mobile Version Clients button
In the Mobile Version, (this is pretty nitpicky, but I keep noticing it) it would be helpful to change the "Clients" navigation button to read "Customers", since they are referred to as "Customers" throughout the entire Desktop Version. Thanks!

Contract manager sorting addition
The recent change to include sorting in the contract manager is awesome and very helpful! It unfortunately doesn't allow sorting by customer. We sometimes need to find the entries by cust name to modify or remove the contract and still have to search them all. The other fields can be sorted, would it be difficult to add the same feature to the customer name column since the others are already done?

Make copy / paste small buttons for entering information. Too much back and forth without.
We keep running into an issue on a daily basis. Right now our workflow when entering a ticket is as follows:
- Open new ticket
- Enter subject (1st copy-paste) needed to copy subject to description as similar words used. We add addl info after the paste.
- Tech updates the diagnosis or what they did to resolve the issue.

Usually for business clients we use 'add charges to ticket' as they might have several invoices for monthly billing.- click 'add charges to ticket' or create Invoices (to generate single invoice)

Add Option to Snail Mail Statemetns
Currently the only account statement options are:
-Create PDF
-Email
-Make "$X.XX" PaymentMany of our customers request a "Snail Mail" account statement so they can get us paid. We could definitely benefit from the automation of a one click "Snail Mail" button for the account statement.

Leads and CRM Features
The leads section is a great idea, but it's really not helping us maximise potential business. At the moment, I would love to be able to trigger email to 'lost' leads after x number of days telling them to get back in touch next time.
We should be able to basically separate the leads based on status, and trigger a canned Marketr email. Any and all CRM like functions would be appreciated and welcomed.
I can't think of any other feature that could benefit the bottom line of all users as much as this.

Priorities on web-based ticket entry. We want to have the embedded form allow clients to select from the already existing priority flag.
Just having the option to add it to the form would be really helpful and since the priority flag already exists I would hope its an easy integration!

Part orders "Now" button
I love how in Part orders, when you click on "received at" it gives a Now option that will automatically grab current time and date. Is there anyway we could have that added to the "Ordered At" in the same area?

Provide some type of status on contract manager reminders
We've really just started using contract manager for MSP term clients (6 or 12 month) etc unless they are on a monthly autobill. It is working great so far especially after the ability to sort by date!
One thing we noticed though is we always schedule a reminder to call them a few weeks before their contract expires. When we do this the 'save' button just flashes. Sometimes i'm not sure if I left a reminder so I do it again. I noticed an 'all reminders' option when setting a reminder that will bring up a list but it would…1 vote -
Automated E-Mail or Text Messages for Ticket Changes
when i mark tickets ready for pick up, invoiced, waiting on customer, I think it would be wonderful if it sent out a canned response such as the one we use,

one less link in the chain, repair shops is great but it almost takes an employee dedicated to it when you reach the volume we do here.

ADFS SSO Office 365
Hi Guys,
Recently deployed o365 integration and very happy i can finally sync my Calendars with RS. Hoping you guys can extend this feature a bit further by integrating RS login's with Active Directory Federation Services/SSO (i see you have done this with Intuit and Google+). I believe this can be based around oAuth and wold not be all that complex to setup considering you already have oAuth communication with Office 365?

Not able to categorize inventory by UPC code
Hi, under the inventory tab, I was previously able to categorize inventory by UPC code, quantity, retail price, etc by clicking on the respective title. Now, when I click on UPC, quantity, etc, nothing happens. No reordering occurs. Is this part of an update, or is it something wrong on my end? Thanks.

Add Product Pictures to Inventory Items
The ability to add a picture of a product in inventory would be helpful for training new employees (them being able to associate a product in inventory with finding it in the shop) as well as putting a picture to the connector, adapter, cable from inventory..

Close or Lock an Invoice.
It would be nice to have a function that locks/unlocks an invoice. Sometimes my tech has added time after an invoice has been emailed. Currently, we are using the emailed flag as our check, but it does not prevent potential errors.
