Leads and CRM Features
The leads section is a great idea, but it's really not helping us maximise potential business. At the moment, I would love to be able to trigger email to 'lost' leads after x number of days telling them to get back in touch next time.
We should be able to basically separate the leads based on status, and trigger a canned Marketr email. Any and all CRM like functions would be appreciated and welcomed.
I can't think of any other feature that could benefit the bottom line of all users as much as this.

Hoping for sales CRM features where I could put in leads for businesses I need to or have contacted, then work them through a sales funnel. I think that's what this suggestion is about. For instance, I pounded the pavement for a day and have about 30 new leads, I'd like to enter a bunch of info for some of them including:
- Status such as: Not In Business, Not Interested - Have Existing Tech, Not Intrested - Follow Up 3 months, Follow Up With Owner, Follow Up in 1 Week, etc
- Notes about the contact. This may be who talked with them, names of employees, etc.
- Size of opportunityThere are plenty more items, and this may be better done with a separate but related system. Having tickets for each of these would be alright, but will really clutter up the all tickets view (that may be another suggestion soon)
