Hey everyone – we have added the “Sync to QuickBooks Online” bit for beta_testers, if you are not a beta tester currently, you will get this feature in a couple weeks. We are not accepting new beta testers at this time.
For those of you that are beta testers, please visit QuickBooks settings in RepairShopr and select your Accounts Payable account for PO’s to sync to in QB and let us know here in the comments what feedback you have for it!

An error occurred while saving the comment dave.greene commentedIf you could also make the title of each item on a PO a link to that item in the inventory, it would save me so much time. At the moment, I can't even highlight the text to copy/paste it to the inventory to check the item.

An error occurred while saving the comment dave.greene commentedI think the leads section is a great idea for closing potential clients and generating business, but it definitely needs a bit or work/tweaks.
Having the call log would be helpful, and if I could leave a comment that would be visible in the main leads window without having to go into the indivual lead that would be great.
Unsure of price, call with better offer
Needs repair done quickly
lives 150 miles away, call regarding courier

Can you just sign up for a free surveymonkey account and put the link in a Marketr campaign?
My feeling is this already works, and we probably don’t need to build anything
An error occurred while saving the comment dave.greene commentedPlus one Vote (if I had three left, I would have used them) this survey system should be built in to RS, and not redirect customers to another page (surveymonkey, jotpro, etc). The drop out rate would be too high.
Integration for the individual customer would be great, if the customer comes back it would be handy to be able to view his review, if he was negative about customer care, we could go the extra mile for him, negative about repair time, we would prioritise it, etc.
I personally wanted to insert a short survey into a 7 day follow up email, but I don't like the idea of placing a link in there, should be an all-on-one-page type thing.
We integrated RS because of the hassle we had using multiple programs for different functions, the idea for us, was to centralise everything........

This would be handy for me for a different reason, it would be a better way to sell vouchers for future repairs
