An error occurred while saving the comment Dan Joyce commentedHave had over 50% of my invoices not received by customers lately and have to constantly save as PDFs and send manually. That's not necessarily a problem, but we don't know which ones actually sent, and calling every customer to see if they received the invoice is a pain. Hope this can be implemented. I've contacted support about them not arriving already, so hopefully that side is resolved as well.

An error occurred while saving the comment Dan Joyce commentedIntegrating all part orders and charges so they work together would be great. It's a pain to turn an estimate into an invoice/ticket and then have to remove the charges to re-create them as a part order so they're easy to track. Being able to make an item a part order from an Estimate or Ticket charge would be great.

An error occurred while saving the comment Dan Joyce commentedHoping for sales CRM features where I could put in leads for businesses I need to or have contacted, then work them through a sales funnel. I think that's what this suggestion is about. For instance, I pounded the pavement for a day and have about 30 new leads, I'd like to enter a bunch of info for some of them including:
- Status such as: Not In Business, Not Interested - Have Existing Tech, Not Intrested - Follow Up 3 months, Follow Up With Owner, Follow Up in 1 Week, etc
- Notes about the contact. This may be who talked with them, names of employees, etc.
- Size of opportunityThere are plenty more items, and this may be better done with a separate but related system. Having tickets for each of these would be alright, but will really clutter up the all tickets view (that may be another suggestion soon)

I'd like to be able to print coupons at the bottom of my receipt. I'd like to be able to print as many as I'd like as well.
My community is getting some of the small businesses together to promote each other with receipt coupons.
