Invoice Read Receipts
Have emailed invoices show when a client has opened the message so we know that it is being received and not sent to junk. Similar to how Freshbooks allows you to see exactly when an invoice has been viewed even if it's more than once.

Have had over 50% of my invoices not received by customers lately and have to constantly save as PDFs and send manually. That's not necessarily a problem, but we don't know which ones actually sent, and calling every customer to see if they received the invoice is a pain. Hope this can be implemented. I've contacted support about them not arriving already, so hopefully that side is resolved as well.

Also a Delivered receipt/ read receipt for text messages. At least then when people ring up saying they never got a text we can look back.
Currently we can do this with our current texting system. -

I agree that this should be an option. I agree that user training is important, but even I've clicked it by accident myself before. I was used to this feature using nutcache and it would also show that the invoice is paid after a Paypal payment and change the status to ''paid ''as well. + 3 for me

This feature would be very useful, as sometimes customers claim that they have not received an invoice and we have no means of checking accuracy of this information. We can only rely on sent email log on customers profile

+1 The feature already exists for ticket comments, why not invoices?

+1 for this. We relied on this quite frequently in Freshbooks. Although it does appear that Repairshopr does a better job at delivering emails than Freshbooks.
