Add Ticket # as an available tag in places like Marketr
When using Marketer Email Campaign for Customer Service Followups many customers who have multiple tickets are getting confused on what ticket the follow up is related to.
Adding another "Available tag" like "Ticket #" will help to reduce the confusion and improve communications.

I, too, want Ticket # added to the Marketr tags list so I can track responses to Marketr messages as they come in as leads and have no quick way to connect the new lead to a particular ticket.

I second this - just happened to me this week, that a customer didn't know what the ticket was referring to.
I realize this is probably more involved than just adding a tag - because in a regular campaign, what ticket number would be used? It would just be nice if there were a way to reference the ticket in the follow-up campaigns - even if it is a piece of custom code to embed in the email.
