    I agree, It would also be nice to use additional tags for canned responses for example:

    Your device is ready. Make a reservation for pick up.
    Hello {{customer_first_name}},

    Good news! Your device is ready. Make a reservation to pick up your device at {{store_location}}.

    Ticket Number: {{Ticket_Number}}

    I agree with this, I have had clients make payment on invoices prior to them being "finalized"

    We don’t have a required field but could you use the Reference field for this (in addition to the check number)?
