Change Purchase Order Date
It would be nice if you could change the purchase order date; not just the expected date. This would help probably more than just myself out. I can do this with quickbook and sage 50.

Zipwhip intergration
Our company uses ZipWhip which allows us to send and receive text messages on the same number as our landline... this works great because customer's only have to save/remember one phone number and they won't get confused on which number is for calling and which is for texting. I wish repairshopr would have this same feature or integrate Zipwhip in like it does for email messages.

Sort daily payments by time of payment.
The daily payments have no discernible order that they sort in. Having them sort by time of payment would be helpful.

Multiple PayPal accounts, 1 per location (multi store)
Would it be possible to allow a different PayPal account for eact RS Location (Multi-Store version). Each of our locations trade with a different PayPal account and at present, we would have to manually shift payment around.

Add link to customer location on Map
The map report is great but it would be good if the customer account had a link to show on that customer on a google map. Ideal for printing off directions.

I was wondering if you were looking at adding a project management section for the software? Ideally I'm looking for something that I can keep track of all my larger jobs, the status I'm at with them, equipment used and possibly a timeline.

Better inventory category organization
I am not personally happy with how I have to setup my cetagories. If I want to have 3 cetagories such as parts, accessories and displays and I want the sub-categories to be the devices such as iPhone, Samsung, ect... I have to add the devices to each cetagory individual. I have to add the same device as a sub-category three times.
Why not allow me to mix and match categories and sub-categories so I only have to add one device sub-category and use it for multiple cetagories.
This could be help full for searching as well, I can narrow…

changing invoice template main catergories
Please add ability to change the main categories of the template. Instead of name and description we would like ID and Description Since in our case the item and description are the same.

Email Customer a copy of their Paid Receipt and/or attachments.
It would be GREAT to be able to easily email a customer a PAID receipt from the invoice screen. Currently an Invoice marked PAID can be emailed. However, if there was a way to include a copy of their receipt or an attachment that would be nice. If we could select what we wanted to email that would be even better. Perhaps sending a copy of their invoice showing it was paid might not be what a company may want to do. Make the "General Notes" on the PO form to show up on the PDF exactly how you type it.
If I type something in the box for the General Notes and hit enter to make a new line, it does not appear that way when you print it. It would be nice if that could be changed. We do not want it to come out on the paper in one straight line.

Two Way Sync with Max Focus for Asset Management
We integrate with Max Focus for our RMM tool and we tie an asset to a ticket when a client calls in or the tool gives us something to work on so it has become a way of also verifying that that asset is under their plan and is covered for services.
Currently RepairShopr will update the assets that are added to Max Focus (rather quickly which is awesome) BUT when an asset is REMOVED from Max Focus it does not update that in RepairShopr. It would be cool if that went both ways as far as the deleting assets…

Calendar View:
Is there a way to adjust the calendar to show only 5 days in the week view (monday - friday)? In addition, when creating an appointment I would like to see the ability to click directly on the calendar to establish the day and time for the appointment. Also, the ability to turn on/off specific user calendars (i.e. At times, I only want to see 'tech 1')

Improve xero Sync ability
Hey Guys,
It might be worth talking to the guys at www.wise-sync.com
We use them in another business and their sync integration from our PSA to Xero is fantastic! Does everything. Purchasing, inventory, invoices, etc etc.Would allow you to really step up your integration

USBSwiper with Paypal credit card processing
Does anyone else use USBSwiper with Paypal for credit card processing...I use Paypal more than anything...and it suits my business best...my current rate is 2.5% across the board, 25 cents per swipe and $4.95 a month and all i need is a $10 swiper...the second a card is swiped and authorized i get the money in my Paypal business account immediately...its so convenient to not have to wait 24 to 48 hours and batching out CC terminals...does anyone else us this ?? i feel like its a much better solution for anyone that uses Paypal and runs a business...

Customer phone number in subject line, automatically assigns lead
We have a PBX system where a customer can call and leave a message. We can setup our system to email an attachment of the voicemail to our repairshopr email address. The system will add the customer phone number to the subject line of the email it sends. We would like email rules to automatically match the phone number when it appears in the subject line and assign the ticket to the customer.

Icon Change for opened emailed invoices
In the invoice list there is a little closed envelope for invoices that had been sent. I suggest changing that to a little opened envelope when they have opened the invoice email so we can see from a glance the emails that have not been opened.

Search repairs by asset
Make it so you can look up past repairs by serial number or asset fields. This would make it so much easier for us who repair fleets of devices and this allows us to go back and look at repair history. Would also make it easier to handle warranty repairs.

Splitting Purchase Orders
First forgive me if this has been suggested somewhere else, but it gets rather daunting searching all of these even with the search function.
I when I place orders with some of my distributors I will not always receive a whole purchase order in one shot. Most of my orders will have to be $1000 to get free shipping.
With that being said if I have 20 line items on one purchase order my vendor will usually break that up into 4 or 5 invoices. All being shipped from different warehouses and being billed separate. So in repairshopr I have…22 votesI like it – I adjusted the wording slightly, hope that is ok
