An error occurred while saving the comment Steve Palacios commentedI would love for my customers to update their info, for example when a customer moves or wants to use a different email address or phone number. One situation that I've found to make this a valid option is that if we intake a customer over the phone there is the chance that some info would be recorded incorrectly. Giving customers the opportunity to correct any typos on my part would be worth the risks that have been pointed out.
As Ryan has pointed out, allowing customers to delete/add bogus info is not a good idea. However, if a simple log of actions on a customer record could be kept (like with most anything else in RS) this would nullify Ryan's valid point. This way, if a customer changes/deletes their info we can go back and see what was there before the change.

I find it hard to believe that there is no other mention of a roadmap here, or anywhere else in the RS platform! It's very frustrating, looking at this suggestion (like many others here) sitting with no indication that it has been even looked at by anyone in RS, much less any attempt at something that is so very common to any software project like this makes me wonder what I'd be paying for?!
