  1. Payments not Synced to QB

    There needs to be a filter to look at payments not synced to QB. There is one for invoices but not payments. Currently, we have to go throught the payments to find any that have not been synced for one reason or the other.
    Also, it would be nice if there was a way to sync or mark as sync any $0 invoices and payments to QB. But that is not as important as finding actual payments not synced.

  2. Invoice PDF Name should be invoice number

    Each time I save and invoice as a PDF it defaults the name invoice-large.pdf
    Is it possible to change the default to the invoice number and my business name

  3. Toggl Time Importing

    We are currently looking to integrate RepairShopr with Toggl time keeping. The issue we are having is that it is very redundant to have to import the Toggl time into each specific ticket. If there was a way that it automatically imported the time from Toggl to each ticket time is logged to it would make the process much for efficient as well as keep better track of time making sure that no time is left out.

  4. Estimate/Quotes Revamp

    My idea is to basically be able to create 1 awesome quote without having to make 3 different ones for clients every time which just confuses everyone and makes my estimates portal look like i'm a millionaire. QuoteWerks is a great example of a Professional Estimate/Quote. http://www.quotewerks.com/images/QuoteValet/QuoteValet_SampleQuote.PNG

    I want to be able to have options and upsell my customers without making it confusing. Have each option area have radio buttons where they can select one and then add on's which they can tick if they would like.

    Include a picture of who create the estimate for them. Great optional feature.

  5. Prorate Charges

    This would be good for subscription based antivirus. They pay for the
    remainder of the month plus the next month. We are getting more into
    becoming a Managed Service Provider business with break fix customers still coming in. We are developing more recurring invoices with the initial setup and payment prorated for the remainder of the month.

  7. Add Ticket Notes for Appointment Changes including Reschedules/Cancellations

    We frequently change/remove appointments on tickets. Sometimes the client reschedules, other times they cancel until further notice and want to call back the next day with a new time. Right now, we constantly have to transcribe conversations into the ticket about which tech spoke with the client, if the appointment is rescheduled or deleted, and what time the old/new appointment times were for reference. And if we forget, there's no way to see what happened to the original appointment.

  8. Recurring appts on the appt feature -

    I often need to create a series of appointments eg booking in weekly/monthly client/staff meetings but currently we have to create a new appt for each one. Having the ability to set up recurring appts would be a great time saver.

  9. Open estimate reminder, please

    Please can you build a open estimate reminder just as you have that send auto emails to customers that haven't paid for invoices.

    So if a customer hasn't approved a estimate the system will send them reminders too.

    When adding more than one asset I need to click on the assets link and then new asset. Could you not add a button to the created asset page so you can directly add another asset without any extra steps.

  12. On recurring invoices, show the current tax status on the existing line items

    currently, when you add an item to the invoice template, you do not have a way of knowing if you added it taxable or not nor is there a way to change it. Small detail, but would be helpful.

  13. Add ticket url, ticket number or customer profile url to Marketr

    When a customer replies to the generic Marketr email there is no way to know what they are referencing without opening RepairShopr, then the customers profile and the ticket or invoice. In fact, in some cases as with corporate contracts where they have had more than one ticket within a couple or a few days, it's completely impossible to know why the email is about.
    As an exaple, we received an email a couple weeks ago from a customer whom brought us several phones, tablets and a laptop with a touch screen.

  14. Define available hours for business and technicians

    We have different business hours during the week and on week-ends. And I have many part-time technicians that take appointments at various times depending on their availability. It would be ideal if I can define my normal business hours and normal work hours for my technicians during which appointments can be schedule in the field.

    On the schedule, unavailable hours would be blocked (grayed out).

    I know I can somewhat simulate this today using Google Calendar and two-way synch. But it would be best if this can be accomplished right within RepairShopr.

  15. Outbound CID call tracking

    As we know, tracking communication is CRITICAL for organization and professionalism; not to mention to cover our @$$, haha. And I've got to say - the inbound CID lookups that post to the customer and ticket pages are AMAZING. They give us a clear and easy understanding of a call coming in. WOW!

    BUT... What about OUTGOING CALLS? Sure, we really try to make sure to put in an update every time we call to recap what the call was about, but it would be immeasurably helpful to have our calls out to be tracked just like the incoming calls…

  16. Option to print labels to sheets instead of label printer

    Specifically for use when receiving inventory, so the label printer isn't spitting out 100 individual labels, and we can just use 3 sheets of label paper.

  17. Move Parts into Inventory upon successful delivery

    It would be great to add those 'one-time' Part orders into Inventory. We have had numerous one-time Part orders that haven't gone through to repair (customer cancelled, etc.) and we are left with a Part - but it doesn't show up in Inventory and allow to assign to new tickets.

  19. Leads: customize status & assign tech

    It'd be useful to edit Leads -> Status choices (e.g., Opportunity / New / Lead / Prospect seems redundant). Even moreso, would be awesome to be able to assign a lead to a tech for first contact.
