We have internal betas with Tickets working, it should be a couple more weeks to get it submitted at this point. Just finalizing searches/custom fields/etc

Version 2.0 just landed, it has the first version of our Tickets module. You can edit tickets, use the timer, etc – you can’t create tickets yet – coming soon.

Also coming soon is ticket charges.

Custom fields do work.

Please give us feedback asap because we want to get any bugfixes turned around as quickly as possible.

We hope to have something to show iOS users in the next couple weeks if everything goes well. The first app functionality will be around taking payments on iphone / ipad. :)

We hope to have something to show iOS users in the next couple weeks if everything goes well.

Just an update, we hope to have something to share in a few more months.

We got blocked needing a new developer.

We have the first version of a simple iOS app built (“RepairShopr Light”) and are in process with Apple. We’re looking to focus on payments and offline access first, then will be looking at how we can build out further features.

We’ve begun work on this. It will take some time, but this is definitely planned.

We’ll be revisiting this and seeing what might be helpful as an app in addition to the current mobile-optimized site.

Just a quick update, we aren’t saying this will never get scheduled – but we decided it won’t be in the short-term plans.

We will however work hard to make the site as enjoyable as an app, using the web experience :)
