  1. add the ability to filter invoices by status

    When doing invoice audits, it would be extremely helpful to filter by status to see which tickets were accidentally left un-resolved OR tickets that were resolved without paying the invoice.

  2. in the POS - add a second "back" button that is programmed to go back to the previous page only not the 1st page

    in the POS - add a second "back" button that is programmed to go back to the previous page only. The current BACK button goes back to the Starter POS screen. A "previous screen" button would make it quicker to find items in the same category.

  3. Add integration with TapMango loyalty rewards

    We've started utilizing the TapMango loyalty rewards system and have been very happy with it so far. Rather than building your own loyalty rewards into RepairShopr, could you possibly provide integration with the TapMango system? I'm aware of several other POS systems that they currently integrate with.

    Allow the creation of a limit of appointments that can be scheduled at a certain time when utilizing a custom widget. For example, we allow customers to book their own visit times through a custom widget, but we only have 2 teams that can complete these visits at a time. We sometimes end up with 4+ appointments for the same time slot.

  5. AASP Ticket Communication

    This idea is to have a global system in place to allow all Apple Authorized Service Providers who use RepairShopr the ability to view notes from other locations. This is extremely valuable for multiple reasons.

    It provides insight on repair and ticket history. This also allows AASP's to "flag" a specific customer or device that may have been tampered with. It provides clarity on expectations that were set before and helps customer agents align better on future interactions.

    This tool would obviously need to be optional but would also need to be strictly AASP's who use Repair Shopr due to…

  10. appointments booking with routing (Viamente)

    Hello, it would be great if the appointments could be expanded. We currently have 4 full-time field engineers. The current system uses an API with viamente which works great but working with repairshopr would be great. Itwould be great to add appointments with rules such as ZIP/Postcode call types then the system creates the service route. This is one of the main holdbacks from us switching over to repair shopr completely

  13. Allow customer sheets/forms that are accessible to customers

    I would like to be able to create a customer sheet using all available variables that can be offered to customers for download. A little like the customer marketr etc.

    My idea relates to a need to provide customers a postage form for them to send items to us. I currently had a custom PDF document Isent, hey print and fill out their details including ticket number then return it using half of the PDF as a postage label, the other as a packing slip.

  14. Sync PO shipping charges from RepairShopr to Quickbooks Online

    Shipping charges on the RepairShopr PO never sync over to the Quickbooks Online PO. The QB PO is always less the shipping charges, and we have to go into each PO and bill manually in QB and add the shipping charges. Very frustrating and time consuming.

    It would be awesome if, when we have a RS PO with shipping costs associated with it, it would automatically sync over as a shipping cost line item on the QB PO. This would make the process completely automated. Thanks!

  17. Make the Names of Products Bold When Searching on Invoices

    I would like the name of a product to show up in bold when using the line item search field on an invoice. Currently all text looks the same and makes it hard to tell the line items apart. After the item name is a hyphen, so that is how we can tell the items apart, but having the name bold would be a huge help.
