Failed Payment of Recurring Invoice
We have dozens of customers we have on a yearly recurring invoice. They aren't really worth setting up individual contracts for as it is a one time charge per year.
There currently is no way to receive notification if the payment fails (there is for contracts).
It would be great to have this feature.

multiple issues on a ticket
Many of the customers we deal with will have 2 or more problems with the same unit. I would be great to be able to dispatch a single ticket to a tech with several issues on it needing to be addressed instead of dispatching several tickets for 1 unit.

Allow the client contact who is marked to receive invoices be able to view invoices from portal.
Right now we can can set a client contact to receive invoices under the customer information. Can we make it so when that contact logs into their customer portal they can view all of the current and past invoices? Most likely this person is the one who does the bookkeeping.
Right now i have to give that person the owners login credentials (With their permissions) but this will become an issue down the line for bigger companies.3 votes -

Ticket Statements / Summary.
I think it would be beneficial to create an open ticket statement by customer.
For example, on the IT Consulting side of my business it is not uncommon to have 8, 10, 12+ open tickets for one specific company.
Each service request is entered as a new ticket.
When a customers asks what we are working on, or questions a bill for specific hours, being able to show the number of open tickets in a summary would help.
Recently a customer questioned 20+ hours of billable labor only to see that members of their company we opening service tickets.

We only want some items sync'd since many items are small parts and useless to try selling one at a time.

grey out travel time in calendar for travel
Adding travel time is great but it doesnt show in the calendar. So our reception - if they don't know the location of the job - makes the appointment and then books it in; it should visually show that it is travel time [especially if it is 1-2hr travel time]. Even a greyed out/or checked colour of the actual colour.
Example:1x tech is green. He has an appointment that goes for an hour. The appointment block is green. but the travel time is an hour there and an hour back. The travel time could come up as a slightly see-through…3 votes -

Add a "next " or "Next Item" button to individual inventory item pages, allowing you to move to the next item without having to go back to the main list. This will make the workflow of updating inventory items much easier.

Generate and send time clock reports to a specified email.
I have found it really silly that I have to generate a time clock report, save it, and then email it it to my accountant every week. Time is money. I understand we could make the accountant a time clock admin but most accountants do not want to deal with that. It would be great if we could schedule a report to auto email employee hours weekly, bi-weekly, etc. and have the option to setup a message to go along with it every week.

Allow Different Rates in Time Clock
We have different rates for techs, sales, etc. We also have in-store and on-site rates. It would be cool to see an option of assigning certain rates to employees and allowing them to select their rate for clocking in. Right now we have to use a combination of RepairShopr and Toggl for tracking in-store and on-site hours.

Updates to Stocktake
can we suggest some improvements for stocktake?
the scanning section needs to have the barcode and the lookup, next to each other, so if the barcode doesn't work you don't have to scroll up and down.
also the lookup section - it would be great if once you have entered the QTY it reset and put you back ready to enter the next one.
Stocktake reports...
we need to be able to sort the items by qty difference and value difference. rather than have to scroll all the way through items that haven't changed.

Allow sku or carton quantities on purchase orders
I've suggested this numerous times with no response. Please allow sku or carton quantities on purchase orders (linked to SKUs).
I have inventory items that are sold individually, but are ordered in case quantities.
For instance, I may have an inventory item for Widget A that is sold in individual units, but my vendor SKU is for a carton of 100. Adding a quantity of 1 SKU to a purchase order should add a quantity of 100 to inventory at check-in.
RepairShopr inventory module remains virtually useless to me without this.

Add Mr/Mrs/Miss before Name in Customer
Simple Dropdown box, befire first name that offers a Title choice.
We have customers whos first name could be male or female..Alex / Chris / Jo / Taylor
Some of my staff members have had some embarrassing faces when nearly saying sir or madame to the wrong gender customer!

make the selected day clearer when scheduling an appointment
The current interface when creating a new appointment should display the day as well as the date.
Keep the calendar grid to select the date (far preferable to a drop-down list), but also display the day next to Time above the sliding bar
ie:
Time -- Day
14:30 Mon 12th
Hour
[-------------|---------]
Minute
[-----------|-----------]This would make it far easier at a glance to confirm the appointment is set for the correct day
