  1. Download Platform Tickets in to RepairShopr

    I would befit us to be able to download tickets from Platforms like WorkMarket, Field Nation, and OnForce. We would also like to have a two communication with these sites so we can have attachments and time auto upload.

  2. Customer Purchase Delay

    In Texas, we are required by law to report every purchase and sit on it for two weeks. We use LeadsOnline to report, which law enforcement uses when items are reported stolen.

    This request is two parts. Option 1 should be easy for you to implement.

    1. When a customer purchase is complete, we need a two week reminder after purchase. What I would like is a ticket to be automatically created 14 days after purchase.

    2. It would be aweseome if RepairShopr would automatically upload the data to LeadsOnline upon payout. https://www.leadsonline.com/main/services/leadsonline.php

  3. Employee Sales and Commission Report Totals

    One piece of information I need every month is total sales (including non-employee or recurring sales). We pay our employees a group commission instead of individually. I can't find a report that works to get the information I need outside of the eventually to be deprecated old Employee Sales and Commission Report because it provided those totals at the top.

    My request would be to 1) add non-employee (or recurring) sales to the options in the filter 2) put somewhere at the top Gross Sales, Hardware Expenses, Tax, and Net Income for all selected employees/non-employees in the shop. This would…

  4. Change intake form so client can read Disclaimer while I'm entering other data.

    Here is how I am currently using RepairShopr:

    Client comes in and I do the intake form: 1. I fill out their details as a customer 2. While I am getting information off of the devices, I give them a hardcopy / printout of the Intake form disclaimer on my letterhead to read while putting in their device info. 3. I then have them digitally sign the intake form and I keep the hardcopy/printout they read while I was putting things in.

    Is there any way that I could do this better? I don't really want to make them fill…

  5. upload techwaru report to assets, refurbs and inventory items

    I would like to be able to add a report from techwaru (product keys specifically) to assets, refurbs and inventory items.

    That way, when I put something out for sale, I've got the vital info needed to reload an operating system if a customer needs it.

  6. New Customer fields in iPad app

    We use the RepairShopr app on our iPad to check-in new customers. Right now, when we goto the "New Customer" icon, the only four fields are "first name", "last name", "company", and "email", in that order. It would be nice to replace "company" with "phone number", or at least add a phone number field as well. I feel that the phone number is a much higher priority field than the company.

  7. MagTek eDynamo Support

    Would repairshopr be able to certify the MagTek eDynamo Card & EMV chip reader to be used with Vantiv. It would be nice to have cheaper options for hardware to accept credit cards/EMV chips without having to spend $299-$380 where the MagTek eDynamo is only $150 which is much cheaper than the terminals that would still protect us as a merchant from chargebacks who dont currently have an EMV chip terminal.

  8. Integrate IMEI or ESN search for clean/blacklisted phones

    When purchasing used phones tablets, it would be beneficial to look up IMEI/ESN numbers instead of going to Swappa.com separately, this number could be added to invoices and customer history.

  11. It would be helpful to have more customization under security groups.

    I mostly want more reports to not require globe admin to be uses by any employee. I would like to see inventory stock out report. so my teach can know what to order better.

    e really need a button that allows us to email our parts orders from the parts page. We dont often do stock orders ( although we do sometimes) and vast majority of our spare parts required are from a repair request - hence we need an email to supplier or vendor button !   17. make - (empty) dissapear completely if there is no first and last names

    I know that on the invoice template etc you can tidy it up with {{customerbusinessnameorcustomerfullname}} but everywhere else it looks messy and it annoys the crap out of me.

    If you have a customer with a first and last name and no business it doesn't say "First Last - empty" so I think for businesses that don't have a specific rep / owner that the same thing should happen where the word (empty) just doesn't appear at all!

  18. Create a Phone.com API Integration

    We use a cloud based phone system called phone.com. It'e been very affordable for us. They have a very complete JSON based API and I know you guys could add this in two seconds! Their API covers the full call interaction between the call coming in, being answered, and the call ending. They can do that for outbound calls too. There is also the ability to send and receive text messages through the API.

  19. fix the search bar to most recent ticket when typing customer name

    When you type a customer name in the search bar it gives a random assortment of tickets, invoices, and estimates in random order. It would be helpful if the most recently created tickets for that customer appears.

  20. Inventory

    Inventory is a pain. I have to go through pages of products, old and new, to find a single item. Updating things like our MSP offerings requires multiple windows and a new search each time.

    How about a directory tree that breaks down items by category? Simple. Easy. Clean.
