  1. Appointment Summary/title

    When i create an appointment from the ticket creation form, can the appointment title/summary on the calender view be altered?
    The little icon on the calender shows the customer name and surname, the company and then the ticket title. The ticket title has the info i need to identify the appointment.
    My calendar vie basically shows me a whole lot of names unless i highlight each one individually.
    makes it useless when over viewing the day or week's schedule.

  2. Export "my RepairShopr" with shop settings

    I am using the demo for a while now and decided the platform is ideal for my shop's workflow. In the past days I've made several customizations, modifications and new worksheets, templates and so forth.

    It would be good to have a way to backup only the custom settings, configuration and templates without the need for a full backup.

  3. Singable appointment tickets

    It would be great if we can in-take style form/job sheet that customers can sign (in an mobile device) while at appointments to confirm that work had been completed.

  4. The ability to customise Tab Names and Sitewide CRM Terms

    We are not your typical Repairshopr user (we do not repair tech) but believe most users would find the below a great addition...

    Whilst Repairshopr is highly customisable, there are some Menu Tabs and Terms used within the CRM that you cannot change to be industry / Business / Country specific (which is a shame as it limits the level of personalisation).

    Although some of these changes sound mild, I'm sure all would agree that personalising the tab names to reflect their users and business makes it easier for all staff to use and understand.

  5. Send emails to any recipient

    I need to contact third partys while working on a Problem. Like Helpdesk from a computer manufacturer. But i cant change the "to" field in the comment section.

  6. Add serial numbers to Refurb Module.

    As it currently stands, when you send a device to the Refurb Module it stops reporting the serial number. This makes it really hard to find the device while it's in refurb. It also makes it almost impossible to see if a device has been in refurb.

  7. Allow multiple search options

    When in the Invoice or Ticket sections It would be preferable if we could search for a contact name and not just the company name because sometimes I cannot remember the company name when searching for invoices.

  9. Employee Sales & Commission Report

    Hi

    My field techs take payment directly from the client. Sometimes cash, sometimes card. I would like to pull off a report where I can quickly calculate how much money they are owed (which I can do with this report), but also quickly see how much cash they are holding.
    Can you add a column to this report please, which shows how invoice was paid - cash, card etc. I can quickly see how much cash they are holding then and know how much they owe me / i owe them without having to open up and manually total each…

  10. Use Topaz signature devices with Custom Widgets

    Currently when using the Signature Widget, customers have to sign with a mouse which can be very tedious for most customer. Would be great if the Topaz signature devices were incorporated for this as well.

  11. inventory condition

    I would like to have the inventory condition listed on the inventory label. This way when I override the price on the product instance page for a "used" condition to a lower price I can know why this specific part is priced lower than the others.

  13. Ticket Timer - Add to Automation

    There isn't currently a condition to check if the ticket has had a timer applied on the ticket automation.

    This is definitely something that would be pretty useful. Then we can check if thats the case, and change a ticket automatically to In Progress from New.

  14. Remove items from ticket dashboard

    Would like to remove things like customer reply and ticket stats on the main ticket dashboard

    On a 50" screen this consumes almost 50%

    I want my guys to just see new, in progress, waiting on customer and waiting on parts

  15. stop making the whole page refresh when changing the prices of an item.

    When entering in products into an invoice and then go to change all the prices on them, the invoice page refreshes every time. When I've entered in 20 products it slows down the process by waiting for the page to refresh all the content at a time.

  17. Fix time slider on appointment details from new ticket page.

    The minimum ticket length on this screen is .5 hours. The minimum needs to be 0.25 hours.

    If I drag it to 0.5 hours and then create ticket and go to linked appointment information it is now 0.25 hours. I can't be doubting the time length with the limitations and differing results.

  19. logistics

    It would be helpful if the logistics screen showed the day it was ordered. Instead of clicking each one to see if it has been order. Also the links should open another browse instead of clicking back.
