Bin location labels

Mailable Postcards
I love being able to mail physical invoices, and thought, 'What about incorporating that feature with Marketr, and having the ability to send Post Cards or Thanks Yous?' We're currently doing this manually with postable, but would love to make it automated.

Appointment Booking via App
Just setting up the online appointment booking. I feel it needs to include a service request details box, so we have an idea what the client is booking the appointment for. This will give us an idea how long the appointment will need to take.

Live Chat with ticket creation
It would be great if you offered a Live Chat feature with the ability that when chatting with a customer we could create a ticket from that conversation and have that information included into the ticket for reference.

Vendor Name Sorting
Alpha sorting of Vendors Names or the ability to customize the vendor name sorting order would save time trying to find a vendor name that is currently in a list of random order.

In House Dashboard
we would like to create in house tickets and not have them appear in the main dashboard or totals as they would not form part of the service desk duties, a separate dashboard for these tickets would be really great

Portal Users - Admin Check Box
There are a few feature suggestions for adding some extra granular permissions to portal users. While I would like that, it seems like it would be a fair amount of programming. There might be a simpler method (dev team can chime in here) that would appease everyone for the time being.
As I understand it, the only "contact" that has access to everything is the primary actual customer. That's all well and good, but we also need additional contacts to have that access. Adding an "admin" checkbox in the sub-contact (or portal user) attributes that would give that user access…

rename attachments
Customers often send us email attachments with generic names like Scan0001 or whatever their copy machine defaults to. It would be nice to be able to rename the attachments on the tickets so we can identify what it is. It gets very confusing especially when we have a few documents attached to a ticket, and downloading them, renaming them, deleting the old one from the ticket, and re-attaching is very tedious.

Make restricted inventory items for only authorized users
Loving the new "merged" inventory system! It was such a pain having to choose which location the inventory item was at. However, there was one nice feature:
I have 10 techs, 3 managers and 1 district manager, plus me. With the old inventory system, we were able to add items like "manager discount" to a non-standard location, and only allow managers to "log in" to that location. That way, only a manager could issue a "managers discount" line item.
With all inventory items available to all users, there are no items available to specific users. Also, there is no work…

Add ability to book stock, parts etc. out to the store for personal/store use
There are many occasions where we end up booking out stock to use in-store. Currently, the only way I can do this is to create a customer as the store but this means that we also have to pay the bill at the end which gets a bit of a headache with discounts etc.
Perhaps there is a way that the store could book out items without all this messing about?
Perhaps a screen we can go to - scan the item, click confirm and the system does the rest?4 votes -
Option to print/show on PDF for individual Custom fields including checkboxes
Option to print/show on PDF for individual Custom fields including checkboxes. Eg. We like to print a Ticket Receipt and give it to the customer when they drop off a job to confirm what we have received from them.
This includes custom fields such as Charger checkbox, laptop bag checkbox, other equipment text field.
Checkboxes don't show up on a ticket receipt (I guess they would all show up if they did which wouldn't be good for us). Id like the option of showing only selected checkboxes on the ticket receipt.

We might do a rules engine for this, but currently we don’t want it automatically changing – enough people want this to work differently that we’re going to just leave it for now.
