Email/Invoice Not Opened Notification
I've noticed a few of our clients are not opening the invoice/email we send to them. Is there a way we can turn on a notification when a client hasn't opened our invoice/email after a certain number of days?

Send invoice to "additional CC address"
Have the option to only send to the email addresses in the "Additional Invoice CC Email Addresses" field and not the main account holder as well.

Utilise Chrome Notifications for Caller ID popup (and other notifications)
In app notifications are great, but we dont sit here all day with repairshopr open on a screen!
Would it be possible to have chrome push notifications added, so any notifications (e.g caller id alerts) where pushed to the desktop.
or even a 3rd part app like the printr application to manage inbound calls on a per user basis.
so if "Colleague A" answers the phone he can click the popup to open a ticket or existing ticket, or the customer

"No Email - Of Any Kind" indicator in ticket comments box
I just found that "No Email - Of Any Kind" was enabled after discovering that even the normal option to send an invoice was not there. I don't recall ever setting "No Email - Of Any Kind". As it turns out, an email to one of the customer contacts bounced which then activated this setting.
The problem is that one could be updating tickets and not even realise that the emails are not actually being sent, because the ticket comment box still shows the button with "Email" on it along with the customer's email address below the button.

Attach existing appointments to existing tickets
Quite often in our shop an appointment is scheduled before a ticket is ever opened. I am looking for a way to link a stand alone appointment with an existing ticket that doesn't involve deleting the first appointment and recreating it from the ticket.
We currently have the ability to create an appointment from a ticket, and this provides an easy to follow link between them. Can we have a simple "adopt" tool (or something like the leads merge function) that can claim an appointment and pair it with a ticket?

Advanced Service Billing ideas
Reoccurring invoice are great but lack alot of necessary things such as pro-rating and the ability to change other prices based on thing being billed. Here is my ideas:
Have an option to turn on Service Billing
on the customers page you will have a place to add services that are billed on a monthly billing date. The services will be a inventory service or item plus a set of rules much like a contract. Marketr Color text
It would be GREAT if we could use Color Text in marketr for email marketing. It makes the emails more appealing.

Change appointment times back to 15 minute blocks or give the option to remove minute by minute granularity
We are now able to set appointments by the minute instead of 1/4 hours. Though maybe some people like this it just adds to the length of time it takes with the customer and is really more of a pain than a help.
Can you give us the option to change it back so it's in 15 minute increments?5 votes -
Stop Credit
Have a function to allow an account to be placed on credit hold until there account is paid upto date.
Myob had an individual credit limit for each customer and a stop credit function so you can not create a new invoice for that individual customer with a pop up that said this account has been placed on credit hold, This function could be overridden if needed5 votes -
Ability to link tickets
example:From an existing ticket the ability to click New > Linked Ticket would be swell:) Also, the ability to view the linked subordinates from the main ticket window would be nice

Bring all parts order info through to the e-mailed notification
When a part order is made, I get an e-mail to order the part. Problem is, the email only carried through the URL of the part, nothing else useful. I would like the e-mail to include ALL information in the part order including description, URL, quantity, cost, price, what kind of shipping they want, etc. Also, it should have a link direct back to the ticket and part order, not just the customer page and parts module.
Finally, if a change is made, then another email with the highlighted change should come through.

Bin location labels
I'd like to have the ability to print off a label for each bin location. With that, the possibility to scan a bin locations bar code and perform a cycle count on everything within the bin

Need a way to schedule a client for the same day of every month, without having to schedule it one by one
There needs to be a way to schedule a client for many appointment. I have clients that I do monthly visits for and I like to schedule them out for a year at a time. Inputting this 12 times for multiple client gets very tired sum. Please include a drop down box that say every week, every two weeks, every three weeks, monthly. This would make life so much easier.

Purchase Orders - Add Inventory Ordered Column
I'd like to be able to click the purchase order tab, see all my purchase orders but also see a brief list of what was ordered on the purchase order instead of opening EVERY single one to find the item.

Make restricted inventory items for only authorized users
Loving the new "merged" inventory system! It was such a pain having to choose which location the inventory item was at. However, there was one nice feature:
I have 10 techs, 3 managers and 1 district manager, plus me. With the old inventory system, we were able to add items like "manager discount" to a non-standard location, and only allow managers to "log in" to that location. That way, only a manager could issue a "managers discount" line item.
With all inventory items available to all users, there are no items available to specific users. Also, there is no work…

Add ability to book stock, parts etc. out to the store for personal/store use
There are many occasions where we end up booking out stock to use in-store. Currently, the only way I can do this is to create a customer as the store but this means that we also have to pay the bill at the end which gets a bit of a headache with discounts etc.
Perhaps there is a way that the store could book out items without all this messing about?
Perhaps a screen we can go to - scan the item, click confirm and the system does the rest?4 votes -
Option to print/show on PDF for individual Custom fields including checkboxes
Option to print/show on PDF for individual Custom fields including checkboxes. Eg. We like to print a Ticket Receipt and give it to the customer when they drop off a job to confirm what we have received from them.
This includes custom fields such as Charger checkbox, laptop bag checkbox, other equipment text field.
Checkboxes don't show up on a ticket receipt (I guess they would all show up if they did which wouldn't be good for us). Id like the option of showing only selected checkboxes on the ticket receipt.
