Check-ins automatically approved when signed.
We use the check-in feature for mobile devices and most of the time the device is pre-diagnosed and approved by the customer when checking in so it would be good if you could either add the pre-diagnosed and approved check boxes to the check-ins form or when the customer signs the intake form the work will be approved?

improved calendar / booking integration
really would like to see more features with Calendar/Bookings... I would prefer it to be my total go-to calendar that I can do all entry (my calendar, as well as customer bookings) and it be SYNCED & Shared amongst my clients and the various Apps (outlook, Google)...

put new ticket button in create ticket field...
We frequently make tickets back to back. So having to create a ticket, and then go back to the customer and then create another ticket adds more spaces. Having a 'Create Another Ticket' or 'New Ticket' button that is at the TOP of the recently created ticket field would be great. Thus, once one is done making a ticket, they can move right to the next created ticket creation. Thus streamlining the process.

Add pending charge without ticket
I invoice my clients on a monthly basis (thank you for scheduled invoices!). Throughout the month I create tickets and add pending charges, and at the beginning of every month an invoice is created that pulls in those charges.
Sometimes however I'll have an event that doesn't really justify making a whole ticket. For example, I answer a phone call that takes long enough to justify billing for the call, but was still resolved during the call with no further follow up necessary. Or perhaps it will be a hardware order or some kind of reimbursement that I want to…

Linking the invoice/estimate replies to the ticket - Centralize all communication to the ticket
Its time to centralize communication from our clients.
Linking the invoice/estimate replies to the origination ticket needs to happen because it would simplify communication flow when receiving client communications.
Have you asked yourself these questions?
Why can’t the invoice/estimate response be as simple as when a client responds to a ticket?
Wouldn’t it make sense to push all of a conversation to the ticket that the invoice/estimate is connected to?

Add More Accurate Cost on Purchase Orders
We should be able to edit the "Total Cost" on purchase orders because some items are past two decimal points. We ordered an item that totals $14.90 for a quantity of 12. The actual cost is $1.2416666 which the system will only allow $1.24 which only comes to $14.88 which doesn't match so I had to add random cents to make it work.

there should be a way to move estimate or invoice charges to a linked ticket
Charges should be able to be copied to a linked ticket so if we make an estimate or invoice, say for a new system, then open a ticket to do the work involved in installing, the equipment charges can show up there, indicated that they are already invoice, just for consistency purposes.

have a setting on the invoices screen to default to unpaid invoices
I would like to be able to set a default screen to view just unpaid invoices by default when opening the invoices screen. Would also be nice to have saved search capabilities there as well so I could bring up all the paid or unpaid invoice for a certain client or group of clients I look at frequently with ability to save such a search.

Update ticket status from new ticket comment
When adding a ticket comment, we would like the ticket status to automatically update (which it already does in some cases) and directly match the Update Subject/Update Type. For example, if "Diagnosis" is selected, not only would that update the Diagnostic step in the Progress, but it would also update the ticket status to "Diagnosis". Or, if "Parts Arrival" is selected, then the ticket status would update to "Parts Arrival".
It would also be beneficial if we could add additional options to the Update Subject/Update Type and have those automatically update the ticket status when used as well.

It would be very useful to have better analytics for Marketr campaigns:
Which email addresses have opened the campaign emails, and when

Have labor items that do not count against block time
We have some customers which purchase a monthly plan involving unlimited remote support. We still want the ability to track our cost in providing this service, by utilizing the ticket timer, but we don't want to deduct the hours from the customers block time (that is reserved for onsite support.) How feasible would this be to implement?

I see you have MAXfocus integration and plan on adding N-able by N-able by SolarWinds, any plans, interest, votes, for adding Continuum RMM
We rely heavily on Continuum's RMM tools, they also provide Remote Help Desk Support for our clients. I would even be open to exploring a joint effort, in order to create an in depth integration with your platform. I have a small team of developers that I can have work with your developers to accomplish this.

Credit Card Autopay Option
I would love customers to be able to view their dashboard and add a CC to be remembered so they can either set an autopay limit for when an invoice is under that amount it is approved to be payed automatically or so that it will be more convenient for them to at least add their CC at will so we just have to call them to make sure the payment will be fine with them and we don't need to collect CC information each time.

Clone Products
When we have multiple products with the same supplier, almost idential name/description, same category etc, it would be brilliant to be able to CLONE an existing item to make life so much easier.
Also, an ADD NEW PRODUCT button visible on product editing pages again to make life easier rather than going back to Inventory Main and taking it from there.

Make it easier to remove or modify a payment on an order
Sometimes when we are in a rush when doing a checkout on the invoice screen, we might accidentally hit cash instead of credit card. We would like the option to easily edit or remove a payment directly from the invoice screen.

disable products and/or mark as clearance/eol/discontinued
At the moment we have to disable items one by one, and if you are running a search it then takes you back to inventory page and not the page you was on. Could we not have an additional button on each product page to allow disabling from there - as the only way is currently from an Inventory listing. *Similar things have been mentioned before I notice.
Secondly, why not integrate a few checkboxes within the products so you can mark them as clearance, end of line, or discontinued? Would also be good to be able to then search…

More CRM features - manage mailing lists - better sorting options
It would be very nice if there was a much more robust CRM in RSr, really expand on the “LEADS”. We currently keep our mailing list in a FileMaker Pro DB so we can mail out postcards, call prospects and maintain those notes. RSr has nothing to support this at all. It would be nice to import all our "Postcard" mailing prospecting list into RSr and have that phone calling log..and fields that would support more of a sales and marketing function, setting appointments, reminders to call, notes about what the clients have talked about etc.

Custom fields for phone numbers
Within the customer page and their listed phone numbers, the drop down menu that has "office,home, cell, etc" is not enough. With customers who have individual cell phones and other office lines and stuff, custom fields would be AMAZING. Please add a little field next to each number that lets the user just type in a custom name or description.
