Add pending charge without ticket
I invoice my clients on a monthly basis (thank you for scheduled invoices!). Throughout the month I create tickets and add pending charges, and at the beginning of every month an invoice is created that pulls in those charges.
Sometimes however I'll have an event that doesn't really justify making a whole ticket. For example, I answer a phone call that takes long enough to justify billing for the call, but was still resolved during the call with no further follow up necessary. Or perhaps it will be a hardware order or some kind of reimbursement that I want to have pending until next month's automatic invoice.
I would love to have a pending charges button on the main customer page that would allow me to add charges just like a ticket does but without the ticket. Bonus points if the screen could act as a master overview of all pending charges including those on a ticket that haven't been invoiced yet.
