  1. Toggle for "taxable" on Ticket charges

    We need the taxable checkbox on the "Add/View Charges" menu to be checked off by default or even gone all together. The only thing in our state that is non tax is diagnostic fees and I've added an inventory item to handle it. I've lost a few hundred dollars this year because of this.

  2. Send invoice to "additional CC address"

    Have the option to only send to the email addresses in the "Additional Invoice CC Email Addresses" field and not the main account holder as well.

  3. "No Email - Of Any Kind" indicator in ticket comments box

    I just found that "No Email - Of Any Kind" was enabled after discovering that even the normal option to send an invoice was not there. I don't recall ever setting "No Email - Of Any Kind". As it turns out, an email to one of the customer contacts bounced which then activated this setting.

    The problem is that one could be updating tickets and not even realise that the emails are not actually being sent, because the ticket comment box still shows the button with "Email" on it along with the customer's email address below the button.

  4. Advanced Service Billing ideas

    Reoccurring invoice are great but lack alot of necessary things such as pro-rating and the ability to change other prices based on thing being billed. Here is my ideas:
    Have an option to turn on Service Billing
    on the customers page you will have a place to add services that are billed on a monthly billing date. The services will be a inventory service or item plus a set of rules much like a contract.   6. Stop Credit

    Have a function to allow an account to be placed on credit hold until there account is paid upto date.
    Myob had an individual credit limit for each customer and a stop credit function so you can not create a new invoice for that individual customer with a pop up that said this account has been placed on credit hold, This function could be overridden if needed

  7. Bring all parts order info through to the e-mailed notification

    When a part order is made, I get an e-mail to order the part. Problem is, the email only carried through the URL of the part, nothing else useful. I would like the e-mail to include ALL information in the part order including description, URL, quantity, cost, price, what kind of shipping they want, etc. Also, it should have a link direct back to the ticket and part order, not just the customer page and parts module.

    Finally, if a change is made, then another email with the highlighted change should come through.

  8. Need a way to schedule a client for the same day of every month, without having to schedule it one by one

    There needs to be a way to schedule a client for many appointment. I have clients that I do monthly visits for and I like to schedule them out for a year at a time. Inputting this 12 times for multiple client gets very tired sum. Please include a drop down box that say every week, every two weeks, every three weeks, monthly. This would make life so much easier.

  9. Purchase Orders - Add Inventory Ordered Column

    I'd like to be able to click the purchase order tab, see all my purchase orders but also see a brief list of what was ordered on the purchase order instead of opening EVERY single one to find the item.

  10. Reminder button in ticket and customer view.

    This button would allow reminders to be place on the calendar and in the reminder section. Allowing for easy follow ups without creating ticket just yet.

    This can also be merged with the Appointment button, but with an options menu; appointment or reminder or followup.

  11. Add "signatures" based on the user logged in.

    It would be handy to have something similar to an email signature that can be used when technicians are updating the customer through the ticket. Some of our technicians have different contact information or credentials/certifications they would have listed in their signature.

  12. Require reason for not charging tax in customer profile

    I would love to require a reason for not collecting taxes from a customer in their profile. When another shop purchases an item from us we generally would not charge taxes if they have a sales tax certificate, I would like to indicate that as the reason for not collecting taxes and require their tax certificates and a means of indicating the expiration date.

    As a work around of course we try to remember to set them up as a tax free customer and use custom fields for the tax cert and expiration date but honestly many times we do…

  13. More Marketing Tags

    It would be nice to have additional tags to use in marketing emails to help be more specific on what it is referring to.
    Be able to say something like:
    Hey {{customerfirstname}}, we closed your ticket {{ticketnumber}}. If you have any other problems with {{ticketdescription}} just contact us.

    It would help customers who have several tickets within the marketing period to know what you are checking up on.

  15. Calendar Improvement

    It would be awesome to have when booking an appointment if it can be done by service.

    On the backend (Similar to Bookeo's booking software) You can configure certain times a service is available. For example, If I want someone to book me for an Onsite field job. I would like only 6PM-11PM to be available for my customers. Where if i would want them to drop off a laptop at our office we are only available for an appointment 8:30-5:00PM.

    Of course this can be used for all types of services, such as mobile repairs, data recovery, etc. Just…

  17. Allow a scheduled automatic credit card charge for full account balances

    We have clients that send us work almost daily.

    They want us to process their credit cards weekly, bi-weekly or Monthly.

    After storing a credit card, it would be nice to be able to setup a schedule on their account that will charge the full account balance to the card.

    As a clarification, I am speaking about invoices that were created, not pending charges.

  19. Add a 'Copy to' button or option from ticket notes when invoicing.

    We find ourselves doing a lot of copy and paste back and forth from the ticket notes to invoices. Some customers want to see a diagnosis etc on the invoice itself. We usually include a description of work performed also which is conveniently in our notes updated by the techs. Having a 'copy to' option would eliminate the need to copy/paste back and forth.

    In the Asset Details screen, in the Asset Log section: Add a Ticket Status column for quick reference to any open or waiting tickets associated with an asset.
