Recurring Ticket Charges
I have a lot of recurring tickets for a subscription service and I would love a way to be able to edit the description of a charge on a recurring ticket before generating the invoice due to the fact that whenever a ticket recurs it is for a new date range and I want to be able to add that date range text to the line item.

Add refunded to Invoice/receipt PDF/Receipt.
Add refunded to Invoice/receipt PDF. We have clients that are required to submit a refunded/returned invoice for accounting purposes. However when sending them their invoice, it shows the amount paid, not if it has been refunded or returned.
Also would like to be able to show partial refunds, or if part of the invoice has been refunded.

AutoPrintr Tweaks
The white logo is invisible in the system tray, should have a drop shadow or other background.
When AutoPrintr is being used there should be at least a colored dot somewhere that reports back to the user ANY kind of diagnostic info. A simple yes/no there is a PC logged into the account with AutoPrinwould help. Even better would be a stoplight kind of status light.

Barcode Print Settings
We need a way to adjust the horizontal and vertical settings for the barcodes. Having major issues with small labels not being legible using my barcode scanner. Lots of wasted space on the side of the barcode. Needs to be spread out more so my scanner doesn't just see a black blob to scan.

Asset Costing Report
The report should show the history of an asset’s work ticket. The main goal for us internally, since all our assets are company own and we do not repair outside “public” assets, is to run a report either weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually to see what each asset has cost our company to maintain.
The report should be exported to CVS for us to filter and organized. The spreadsheet should have a minimum of 10 columns;
1. Work Ticket #
2. Customer assigned to asset at the time of the work ticket.
3. Subject
4. Description of ticket

Give the AutoPrintr icon some kind of background please.
The default background for many setups is white and your icon dissapears in the system tray. Ive been trying to troubleshoot why it was broken for a few hours. Its just invisible, if i right click on the spot where it should be in the system its there.

Inventory and overall Website feature
When searching and then opening a product in the Inventory, once you select the back key to return to the previous page it would be useful if the prior search was still memorized rather than starting back a page 1 of inventory. I think in general being able to back track on here it should is a must, any time that someone needs a full refresh of any page can just simply use the widgets on top of the pages.

Lead Suggestion
My Team I would find it very helpful if the Customer Lead would request the customers device type. It would be easier to computer or follow up with the lead if we know what needs to be service and why. The why is already including however the what is not included.

Kiosk / Self service doesn't change with region settings (spanish)
Wonderful program. I love the user interface and all it includes. English user interface is perfect. I have seen some bugs though...
After changing my region to the closest country to me, I have noticed some buttons and text changing to Spanish on my side (like create ticket button) I am guessing it is because the customer side uses the same resource button and the portal is in Spanish.
To the suggestion;
I have set up and wanted to use the self_services page for my clients to use as a kiosk / tablet they can read the Terms and Conditions…

Send Bundle Item(s) to Xero as a single item
In the same vein as the suggestions to handle Bundle Item(s) as a single item on an invoice (http://feedback.repairshopr.com/forums/165658-general/suggestions/20223862-have-the-option-for-bundled-elements-to-be-seen-on ), I think it would be great to have the option of sending the Bundle Item to Xero as a single item, rather than a number of individual items.

Add "cost to us" column in pending ticket charges report
At the moment the pending ticket charges report only shows the total sales price, however it would be great if we could see the cost of the goods that are sitting in pending tickets as these items are no longer in stock but haven't been charged yet, so there can be a lot of money held up in this area.

1- Line Numbers on Estimates, when you have multiple items in a estimate, it would be great to reference the line number.
1- I have quotes with 50 plus items.
2- The account has a question on one item and we spend too much time counting from the top entry to find the product they have a question about.
3- Just like a legal form, it will make the document more readable and offical.
4- Now you can look at my line items to see which one you like, simple as 1, 2, 3.

Invoice number prefix
It would be most simple to allow a custom prefix on the invoice numbering scheme. You can keep the same sequential format, but allow me to customize it a bit by adding in something before it. I'd simply add RS so the invoice number would be like RS1000
If your invoices that sync to my quickbooks overwrite any of my existing invoices we're going to have a big problem.15 votes -
PROPER Payments Report with FILTERS for Location, Date Range, and Payment Type
Are we the only ones who believe /payments/ is NOT a report? We need a fully functional report much like the Gateway Reconciliation report, but which shows ALL payment types, including Cash, Checks, Credit Cards, and other custom payment types.
Ideally it would have filters for individual (or multiple) locations, date periods (including custom ranges), and individual (or all) payment types.
Currently, the "Payments report" in /reports/ just links you to /payments/, which is almost completely useless from an auditing and reconciling standpoint.

Full How-Tos (AutoPrintr, Receipt Printers, Cash Drawers, etc)
I think it would benefit many of us if you had full step-by-step instructions for installing hardware and software common to many/most of us. For instance, your TSP100 setup instructions skip many steps and even finding the right configuration utility was difficult. (The TSP100 LAN software includes at least three utils). Please consider putting full beginning-to-end setup instructions up for supported receipt printers and cash drawers, and please give more detailed instructions for setting up AutoPrintr.

Email Notification for tickets created!!!
PLEASE CHANGE THIS.....

Tickets Section - Android App
There's a lot of wasted space in the ticket list on the android app. If you have lots of tickets it becomes endless scrolling, could do better with a more compact design. The fields showing the ticket number and customer's name are way too big, same for the field showing the status of the ticket.

Google Maps section in Customer Profile
It would be nice to have a Google Maps applet in the Customer Profile, showing where the client is situated, rather than a link. Also, I found that the longitude and latitude are somehow not accurate, so it would be nice to be able to edit the map location from within the customer profile as well, rather than just from the CSV import.

AUTOMATE Special-Ordered Items into LOGISTICS upon Line Item Creation on INVOICES
Right now, if you estimate a line item that has to be special-ordered (a manual line item), once you convert that Estimate to an Invoice, these are the steps that must be made, in order:
- You must MANUALLY create a new Logistics entry.
- You then DUPLICATE the description, cost, and price from the Estimate, into the Logistics entry.
- You next SEARCH for the ticket in a big list, and link the Logistics entry to said Ticket.
- Finally, the Logistics charge shows as a Pending Ticket Charge, which must be added to an invoice (ie. the invoice created from the estimate…
