Change History needs to be more robust
It would be great if there was more information on the change history. As a manager, I need to see step by step what has been removed off of a ticket. This was an employee that removed a laptop from an invoice, and I have no clue what was removed. https://imgur.com/a/DpeKR
It would be good to include any notes, comments, price changes, new items added, new items removed, etc.

Finished Products associated to Inventory
I'd like a "Product" option that had finished products made up of multiple inventory items. I have a repair shop but sometimes the customer wants to replace the whole unit rather than do a repair. I'd like to be able to quote a complete product to the customer rather than list every component for a quote. If I could associate all the parts into a product, then when I build one, it would remove the quantity of components associated to that build. These products would not remove items from inventory until the product is tagged as "Built". This same option…

Full Walkthrough of new version to show full potiential of Repairshopr
I don't think I am using Repaorshopr to its full potiential and with all the different videos I am getting really confused. Can you do a full walkthrough of the NEW version so I can see what it does or can do from start to finish and I can then see what else i can add.

Labor log timer changes status from NEW to PROGRESS
Please allow the labor log timer to change the ticket from NEW to IN PROGRESS.

Mark invoice paid when amount due is 0
As of right now invoices are marked paid ONLY at the time a payment is made resulting in a balance of 0. An invoice with existing payments will not be marked as paid when the invoice total is reduced to match the current payments on the invoice after the fact.

Ticket Technician - do not automatically assign and require assignment
Hi, will you please consider the follow options under Ticket Preferences:
Do not automatically assign technician to user who created ticket (usually our front desk staff)
Require a technician to be assigned (we like this feature and if 1 is checked, we will need 2 to ensure it still happens)

notes section on RS app
The new RS app is super cool, but it doesn't give you access to the 'notes' section for individual customers. This is where we keep important information that would be nice to have quick access to.

Add the payout information to customer purchase payment area
As title says - add how the customer was paid out w/the memo field to payout area of customer purchases. Sometimes if you have to undo it for any reason and need to re apply the payment you have to do a little back tracking in other areas to figure out what to put in the memo to reconcile... I can show ya if you wants. :D

Ability to Change the Device Type (ATT to Unlocked)
Right now it is a nightmare to change a device from ATT to unlocked. If we purchase a device from a customer and accidentally purchase it as a network specific device and then get it unlocked, there is no easy way other than to refund the original customer purchase and repurchase the item back.

Add beta switch to users
Can we add in Security Groups a button to allow people in that group to access the beta UI switch? It would be really useful for a select admin group to have the Beta UI switch. Thank you

Ticket Automations - One run option
It would be nice if in Ticket automations there was an option to run only once/ticket. or on the first run only to a given status change. We want to prevent clients from getting the same info over and over. With a check box like this, this automation function could become more widely used. Their could be a custom message for every status to create a very nice touch point with clients.

View all RepairShopr activity by date, week, month, etc.
The ability to view all ticket updates, estimate updates, invoice updates, new customer creations, leads, etc. by a specific date or date range. This would be very useful for determining how much work and what specific work was accomplished in a given day, week, month etc. It would also be really handy for learning more about the business in general. Please consider adding this functionality, and thank you for your excellent product and service!

Monthly Ticket Report
For client on a managed service agreement, it would be great to generate a monthly report of all the tickets does in the previous month, along with time spent.

Enter the capability of hovering over the balance in the Invoice list to see what the actual balance is.
We have many clients that pay deposits or make payments to us in advance of the Invoice being paid in full. Suggestion is in the Invoice List allow the remaining balance to be seen in some way. Possibly if you hover with the mouse, or even add another column showing amount already paid or the remaining outstanding balance.
