  1. Create some way to filter/sort Estimates by Day/Week/Month etc.

    Kinda what it says on the tin really.

    It'd be really nice for us to be able to see what estimates were created when, rather than having to scroll through the entirety of our list.

    Some way to export that data to CSV would probably be of use too.

  2. Add delivery note and invoice numbers to inventory/purchase orders

    We Would like to be able to collect and store with each purchase order the vendors order/conformation number upon submission of the purchase order, also when receiving a part into stock we would like to be able to add the dispatch note and or invoice number provided by the vendor/supplier. These numbers would need to be locked to the part.

  3. Allow sorting of Marketr campaigns

    As I continue to send out monthly (or now bi-monthly) newsletters, my list of campaigns is getting unwieldy. According to support, these are simply randomly sorted. At the very least, having them sorted by date in reverse order would really make sense. I have two newsletters that I have started for this month, but to find them I have to scroll halfway down the page. It would be much more convenient if they were at the top.

    Ideally, this could be made sortable by any of the headers - but please at least default to sorting by date.

    Womply is a multi-faceted back-end integration for helping business owners track numbers intelligently (not like Domo! Sheesh, what a clunky system!), boost their reputations, filter negative reviews, monitor their business, and best of all, it's beautiful and easy to use. If you're using Vantiv for merchant services, chances are you've already had their phone call to do a walkthrough of their software - I highly recommend you take it and see what it has to offer.   5. Ticket Automations - use canned text

    This is such a great feature. So many things that can be done to make things work better with automation.

    Something that would be handy, would be if when making a ticket automation to add a public comment, you could choose already existing canned text there.

  6. rename attachments

    Customers often send us email attachments with generic names like Scan0001 or whatever their copy machine defaults to. It would be nice to be able to rename the attachments on the tickets so we can identify what it is. It gets very confusing especially when we have a few documents attached to a ticket, and downloading them, renaming them, deleting the old one from the ticket, and re-attaching is very tedious.

  7. Create search/organisation options within bundles section

    I don think the recent solution goes far enough to fully fix the issue of finding, organising and editing bundles. The ability to search and categorise within the bundles section would make it a lot more user friendly.

  8. Make the signature smaller, or resizable.

    It would be nice if we were able to make the signature smaller, as of now it takes up almost half of the page, and it also gets cut-off between two pages when printed.

  9. Make Refurbishing Costs reflect cost prices

    We spend inventory and labour hours refurbishing our own stock. The stock initially gets imported as Inventory on a PO for a certain cost price. The stock is then refurbished, at times for high costs then the device itself. Yet, the cost price of the item remains the same as the cost on the PO.

    Now if I want to make an API call ...
    I can get the amount of devices a certain location has of a certain SKU. But, I can tell what it's worth.

    Or If I want to do a CSV export of Inventory ...

  10. Support for adding/controlling subcontractors

    We're adapting the current program for our uses, but we would love the ability to add and control our contractors within RepairShopr. Namely, the capability to add a specific sub contact to a ticket.

  12. Time tracking in estimates

    We would like to have a record of how long each of us has spent developing various estimates. Most of them are quick, but some take a considerable amount of time. We don't charge for estimates, but we are working on understanding how we use our time and improving our efficiency.

    Please implement for estimates the same time-tracking tools you have for tickets.

  14. Trade Account/Customer

    Hello, We carry out repairs for other companies, we would like to add a trade customer, but then add our mutual customer to the ticket so that we can call out to that customers address etc. then email the trade customer with the estimate but also update the customer also. At the end of the repair we would like to invoice the retailer not the customer. I guess you could call it a 3rd party repair. We would also like to add extra collection and delivery address to a customer ticket.

  15. Credit Card machine (Chip and Pin) for the UK! Please!

    We have been using RepairShopr for over 2 years in the UK now - a successful and busy high street repair store.

    We process most payments via a card but we really need to have a terminal we can take payments on (Chip and pin) that is integrates to RepairShopr...

    It really is making us look at another software package.

    Please help - find a solution.

  16. Fix 1 year since we've seen you - Trigger off of LAST contact

    Right now the 1 year since we have seen you triggers after 1 year of the first ticket even though we may have done work with the client in the last month.

    Please fix this. It's confusing to clients as to why they are getting a notice that we haven't seen them for 1 year, even though we just did work for them.

  18. Faster Login for stores

    as it stands at our store, we need each person to be forced to logout, to keep people from using others accounts. when the account is kicked it brings it to the email and password login and you can not use the pin, and has slowed down check-ins. was thinking it would be ideal if like big chain stores. if each user would have a bar code associated to their login info, then they just scan their barcode to login. would prevent others from getting into each others account, and that only the global admins could print the barcodes

  19. Add attachments to Payments

    Hey folks, in Xero I always used to scan copies of checks I've received (80% of my payments are checks) so that I could use them later for accounting verification and reconciliation. Could was please have a spot for adding attachments to Payments so I can scan my checks in?

  20. WebHook Ticket Automation

    I use Flock instead of Slack. It would be nice to have an option to use a webhook in ticket automations. You already have Slack as option, the generic webhook should be simple enough to implement.
