Auto-Pay for Net 30
We have a client that we use Net 30 terms with. They would like to make payment on the final day of their Net 30 - Can we have an option implanted for an Auto-Pay that is in line with our payment terms? Or a make payment on date option?

Option to add more than one ticket at once for a customer in the new Workflow app
Hi there!
The new workflow feature is great and it's super fast! One thing I would LOVE to see is the ability to add multiple tickets at the same time for the same customer. So check in could be much quicker that way.

Make tabs full width
I'm using a widescreen monitor and have plenty of space left for tabs before they get stuffed into the "+ More" section. Can we make that header a bit wider, and be responsive to wide screens?

Make the barcode field the default field in the Invoice screen
...just like in the POS window. Presently there is no default field - by making the barcode the default field a barcode scanner can be used to rapidly assemble a complicated invoice without having to constantly put the cursor into that field to activate it - it makes invoice creation much more time consuming than it needs to be.
I don't think there's any downside to making this the default field either... though I may be corrected on this point...3 votes -

Thank you so much for this feature. It will save so much time when I make a mistake with a non inventory item and enter the incorrect price.

Create Customer Purchases from Customer Assets
I realize this has been a subset of other suggestions a number of times, but all of those seem to be marked as "Completed."
First of all, Kudos to the team for getting the first round of Refurb Processing live! Now If I could just use it in a way that makes sense to me.
Doing multiple things at once as I tend to do, I wanted to do the following:
- Get all of the Custom Fields set up for monitors (finally)
- Create an Asset that is a monitor (Reclaimed/Donated)
- "Purchase" the Monitor(Asset) with all of the fields and data…

Allow printing to multiple label printers.
I would like you to implement a way to print to different label printers. I want to have a label printer in the back workshop that we can send customer and asset labels to instead of walking up front to get them. This seems like a small thing but spread out over all of my techs it does eat up a decent amount of time.

ENHANCE Recurring Schedules with GLOBAL ADMIN Options
These are relevant, simple and necessary adjustments for Settings>Invoices>Recurring Invoices:
- Replace link Admin>Invoices>Recurring with an actual settings page for recurring schedules (rather than just a link to all current schedules).
- Enable a global override setting for ALL recurring schedules to “Auto retry credit card when payment fails”. (We want this on for ALL payments!)
- Add global enable/disable controls for “Customer management of payment options”: View cards, Add a card, Delete a card, Rename a card, etc.
- Enable “Auto charge CC on file” to automatically default to the first/any CC on file. (There’s no point in selecting auto charge to TRUE…

allow me to choose (a default) for how my comments are handled
can we get an option to be able to select a default for the way our ticket comments are handled? ie. instead of the comment being automatically emailed out to my clients... We would prefer to have them default to PRIVATE NOTE. That would be nice to keep our private internal comments to ourselves instead of unintentionally sending them out to our clients!

Estimate Names
Hi,
In the Beta UI, I noticed that you all recently updated Part Orders to display the Description instead of for example PartOrder12345 on the Ticket page. I absolutely love this. We were thinking it would be even more helpful to define and display a Name field for an estimate that would appear next to the number on the Customer page (Estimate section) because we sometimes make multiple estimates for customers on the same date and so we have to open multiple pages just to find out which is which.

Ability to update the location of a computer or iPhone(device) in ticket comments
In ticket updates it would be nice to have multiple check boxes below the ticket body to mark the location of the device (such as BENCH A or SHELF 3) which could either be mandatory or not depending on the store/admins Preference. For example, if the tech working on the ticket, updates the ticket he is forced to also update which bench or shelf the device is on so that all the techs working on it or not working on it can easily locate the device more efficiently.

customer purchase in mobile app
I am a hobby level computer repair tech, I often buy computers for "refurb" directly from my customers or those who will become customers in the future. I would like to see customer purchases integrated into the mobile app that way i can write up the purchase and send a receipt directly from the field via email if desired. Recurring charges and one time charges
Not sure if this has been brought up before but...the ability to separate one time charges and recurring charges on estimates would be great. That way when we set up long-term orders with one time fees, the customer gets a clear picture of what they are paying today, and on a monthly/annual basis. Also when its time to convert it to an invoice, the system being able to make the one time invoice and establish the recurring invoice would be great but...one step at a time I presume. Make the "contact support" link functional
None of your support options are working, I tried using the "request help" feature in AutoPrintr and it does nothing. I come here to the "Help Center" click "Contact support" it does absolutely nothing. I am having issues with AutoPrintr, my computer didn't respond well to the 2.0 updates so I have been using AutoPrintr 1.0 for over a year just fine. Show 'Last Seen' on assets
When looking at a customer's assets, it should show when the last time an asset was attached to a ticket so we can see if we've serviced or fixed the asset within the last 6 months or so.
Just so we can remind customers to bring assets back to us or tell them their warranty is nearly up1 vote
