  2. csv report function for the adjustments of the point of sale register.

    please create a function to download the records of cash adjustments on the register, i'm sure a lot of us need to download this and categorize cash expenses. at the moment i have download each html page for the period or month i need and then combine that into one large html file and then convert it into csv, so much hassle. help us out. also if you download the "sales detail report" in csv, it leaves out the date section. come on RS.

  3. Create some way to Import Invoices from a CSV made from a Purchase Order

    Our business uses Purchase Orders and Invoices to transfer stock between different companies.

    This involves creating the purchase order, then creating an invoice and adding every item to the Invoice from the purchase order and having to manually edit the price to match cost prices.

    It'd be incredibly handy to have some way of importing this information from the initial PO using a CSV, that way there could be a large scale edit done easily and an invoice created from that.

    In general I think an import from CSV option for Invoices would be useful anyway, even outside of this…

  5. Include Estimate/Invoice Message in Ticket Note

    When an estimate or invoice is related to a ticket and that estimate or invoice is emailed, the system makes a private note in the ticket saying it was emailed.

    You are given an opportunity to include a custom message when emailing an invoice/estimate. The system should include that custom message when creating that ticket note.

    Currently, finding what (if any) custom message was included requires a bit of digging.

  6. Returns / Refunds for parts within a bundle

    It would be really useful to be able to return / refund the components of a bundle product.

    For example, if we create a PC bundle and six months later the RAM needs to be swapped, at the moment we have to fudge the system to accomplish this.

    What would be great would be able to:

    1) Add the bundle component to a return / RMA
    2) Be able to swap the returned item for a replacment product which is then properly associated to the original bundle.
    3) Able to upgrade/downgrade the replacement product and an invoice be generated to…

  7. Exported Ticket Time Tracking Duration

    Would be nice to have the "duration" column in the Ticket Time Tracking report included when exporting to CSV. Would make adding up total minutes far easier than manually calculating it.

  8. Labeling multiple contact numbers, without creating contact people.

    Sometimes we have a client who gives us their mother's, partner's, uncle's or dentist's phone number to pickup their device. It would be nice to just add a name or reference next to the number.

  9. Separate Labor, Parts, Shop Supplies totals at the end of the ticket, estimate, or invoice.

    Hello, Many insurance companies, and customers are used to seeing a separation of labor ,parts, and misc charges totaled at the end of their estimates or invoices. It appears that, currently, there is no way to have parts, labor, and misc charges automatically represented a the end of the paperwork. It would be great to have this.

  10. Instant Ticket Automations

    In our workflow we mark repairs as "ready for pickup" status and then use an automation to notify the customer it is ready. It would be great if the customers could get an instant notification in case were about to close or it's a phone repair. No one wants to wait an hour when they don't have to and it's a pain to always do this manually.

  11. Include the customers payment status on the ticket page

    Have a field on the ticket page that shows the status of the customer's account. Are they on retainer? pay as you go? in arears? So that we can determine whether they need to pay before we schedule their repairs

  12. More depth in ticket worksheets

    Worksheets are a very good idea, it just needs to have more options. The biggest ones i would like to see, is having a option when one worksheet is complete depending on what is all selected, to add another worksheet.

  14. Add the ability to edit due dates on "active tickets list" page.

  15. Additional CC show on ticket

    You can add an additional email notification for a client on the client edit screen. However, when adding notes on a ticket and choosing email, it only shows the main ticket contact. It LOOKS like it is only going to one particular person. When a tech sees that it seems like you are communicating specifically with one person. However, there could be one (or more) other additional email addresses that are getting notified. This can be critical if you email something from the ticket that shouldn't necessarily be shared with others because you really can't tell that from the ticket.

  16. Change the color of the Worksheet Tab -like the Leads notification color.

    When on a ticket it is not noticeably visible that there is a worksheet to modify. Not every ticket needs a worksheet, but when they are added it would be great to have them visually pop at least a little bit. With the grey number that is used it just blends into the background

  17. iOS App ticket comments cramped

    When entering a ticket comment more than a few words on the iOS app, the comment becomes truncated and you cannot review the whole comment before submitting. My idea is to replace the TEXT FIELD with a TEXT AREA so you can review a comment for dictation mistakes, spelling, etc. before submitting.

  18. Colored due dates on the ticket's page

    I love the color coded due dates on the active tickets window and think it would be great to see this system on the actual ticket's page as well (where the comments and the time tracker module is). So that when you see the due date on the ticket page, it gives you an indication of if the project is past due or not.

  20. Flagging or colour coding tickets

    It'd be nice to set the colour of a ticket on the tickets dashboard, for things like scheduling or "I'll do that one next"
