  1. Checkout Module for our own assets

    The idea is we would have things like our van, ladders, toolkits, etc. as assets in this module and we could add them to field tickets/appointments as necessary and the quantity would reflect that for the duration of the appointment but be available both before and after.

    Just a QoL module that will help keep us from scheduling service calls where those assets are needed over the top of one another.

  2. Report Found Records

    Simple: Whenever I perform a search, have RepairShopr tell me how many records have been returned. Example: When I search my inventory for "SCREEN" I want to know how many results are reported.

  3. Really need a multi-currency option.

    This is a much needed feature as I including others I am sure have clients all over the world, some pay in Euros, some American dollars, some in New Zealand dollar etc etc. It would be really a great option to have as I can't bill my customers for example in Serbian dinars if they're in any of the other countries mentioned above. Surely there's a bigger demand for this feature that currently presented.

  4. Displaying Prices on Device Widget

    I currently have made my own device repair page on my website which a customer can search for their device and book a appointment which displays the price. I actually prefer the layout and steps of the device widget in repairshopr to my current. Is there a way to integrate prices in the step?

    Customer selects "iPhone 6... Colour... Broken Screen... And then tells them the price (even if its an estimate), if they are happy with the price they then continue to a appointment booking screen; which then comes on the calendar?

  5. Reminder triggered by new ticket or invoice

    When creating a new reminder, it would be very handy if you could make it trigger when you are about to create a new ticket/invoice to that specific customer.

    Example: I want to be reminded that next time I make a ticket to a customer that the technician takes certain service parts with him to the customer or something like that which I would most definetly forget to do...

    In the reminder creation windows you could just tick a box and choose will it be triggered by date and time like now or by other event like ticket creation.

  6. Add a warning when renaming custom customer fields that warns the user that by renaming the field, existing data is hidden/deleted.

    The only way to restore the data is to restore the exact original name of the field with spacing/capitalization which if you do not know beforehand can be anxiety inducing. I only found that information out after finding previous suggestions, and it is listed at the very bottom in bold on the custom ticket field article. I got lucky that support was able to find the original field name for me which allowed me to recover but you should not rely on luck and there are a lot of ways that could have been a big big problem.   7. Account Number for Customers

    As a managed service provider it is important to keep customers organized. Currently, there is no way to add an account number to customer other than using Custom Fields. This works for initial use, but the account numbers are not searchable in the Customers tab rendering the custom field useless. Also, if there was an internal account number we could add an account number tag onto invoices, tickets, etc.

  8. Shared hours on invoice

    Give the ability to attach, two or more techs, to the billable hours in invoice.
    So in reports it shows that the two or more techs have the same billable hours for that one invoice. Avoids having to have each tech add $0 hours to the invoice to get credit for the work.

  11. Lead Update

    I love the new UI, even though I held onto the old one until it was drowned. I am suggesting that we put the delete option as one of the main buttons instead of having to click the ... Then delete. The new update added one extra click. Not too major but still helps with combing through them a little faster.

    I would like to be able to attached a PDF to individual parts on the Product /inventory page. Currently we can only attach a JPEG type file.

    This includes one part number with a quantity of more than one.

  13. Refurbs/Outside Vendors

    in our business we need to send some parts out for repair by outside vendors. These are parts in our inventory and we would like to be able to remove it from inventory, ship to the vendor and then receive it back in when the repairs are complete. We would also want to attached any part certifications to the part. I want to be able to pick the vendor it is being shipped to and it should be trackable.

    On the inventory/products main page i would like to see one of the sortable headers replaced. the item "maintain stock - true/false" is not needed for viewing on the page. I would like to see it replaced with "Physical location" taken from the product details page. This would allow the user a fast way to locate the part without having to click on the part to find the location.

  15. make RMA's searchable or viewable by status.

    As of right now, in the RMA/Returns Tracker - once an RMA is set to "resolved" it is hidden from view, and we can't see it again if we need to look it up for documentation or research purposes. A button to view completed, or a search function to see RMAs by status is needed.

    As we always have bulk list of items to enter manually which cost time (as general service business), it will be more easy to insert manual items to estimate via csv file if you can provide import option some were in the estimate page.

  18. Recur Billing -Proration/Extension Billing options for NEW subscription/devices added to existing subscriptions

    So the problem I see lies with the way recur adds new devices to an existing customer then bills yearly at a specific date based on the then current quantity regardless of rather each device/subscription was active a year.

    Example, We sell our current client a yearly MAV subscription on a service call, setup yearly auto billing per their request. Three months later they request one more device be added at another yearly fee, then 2 months later 1 more and so on (our yearly fee is charged upfront each time).   19. ADD SERIALIZED INVOICED ITEM TO CUSTOMER ASSET LIST

    It would be time saving to be able to add a major serialized item directly to the purchasing customers Asset list at the time of purchase. Either via an (add to Assets) checkbox or button beside the line item in the invoice. This would allow us to keep customer asset lists up to date more readily for all major purchases.

  20. Update Ticket with Comment When Invoice on Ticket Paid

    Hello,

    Can we please update tickets when an Invoice is paid, much like we do when Estimates are Accepted? Verbiage I would prefer is something like:

    "<User Name or say Customer> paid Invoice #<Invoice Number> on <Date> for $<Dollar Amount with proper rounding for $0.00 format> using <Payment Method> with Reference #<Reference# from CC system like Stripe or Check Number input>.
