  3. Resolved ticket codes

    Add ability to enter custom ticket codes such as "failed to repair" that will still math the ticket "resolved".

  4. Add export in Google format button

    Ads the ability to export the customer database in th mapping that is accepted by Google contacts. This would be a great work around versus programming directly to the Google api and would save time when attempting to move contact information from RS to Google contacts.

    Add the ability to include punctuation in custom fields types when naming custom fields. (I.e. "has this device been repaired before?)

  6. Give relevant customer info in ticket screen

    It would be great to have some more relevant info in the ticket screen, or even ticket creation screen.

    1) Other open tickets from the same customer.
    2) Recent closed tickets from the same customer
    3) Open invoices from that customer (possibly with an alert if they are aged)

    Sometimes techs open a ticket for a customer and start helping but probably shouldn't if the customer is being bad about paying for past support.

    You can provide better support if you have a snapshot look at the most recent support issues as well. Maybe there's a pattern, maybe the customer…

  7. Allow us to hide "Pending total value" and "project value" from the top of Contract Manager for non admin users.

    One thing about contract manager I noticed is that there isn't anyway to hide the "Pending total value" and "projected value" of the contracts in contract manager for non admin users. They either have access to contract manager, or they don't.

    Is it possible to move this spot of contract manager into Admin so its not easily viewable by every tech? (or alternatively, allow a way to turn this off for non admin users). I don't like the idea of my regular techs being able to easily see exactly how much recurring money we are bringing in every month.

  8. Physical Inventory Function for Bulk Posting

    During a full physical inventory, it would be helpful to lock/suspend inventory quantities during the process. Perhaps a "special Physcial Inventory function" that would lock the inventory quantities and cost values for a particular date/time to allow for bulk adjustments to qty and costs for regular physical inventories?

    The special Physical Inventory Function would allow the inventory to be adjusted as of a fixed date/time in the past. After adjustments are complete the special function would integrate revised inventory data back into the inventory records as of the date of the special function.     Could you make it possible to use my own favicon so that it shows up for my page and my bookmark?

    It would be a simple change that would make a big difference in personalising the portal to my business.

  10. Print Labels from Logistics Transfer

    Please add the option to view/print PDF labels in Logistics transfers, like it already is in Purchase Orders. We need to print labels for any items after they are received in Logistics. Thanks!

  11. Customer Ownership

    We have an IT director for each of our clients. This basically means that the technician or account manager is directly responsible for everything that has to do with that account. It would be great to set an owner to each customer record. This way you can build in notifications for customers that you own. ie Ticket created by a customer I own, notify me. Right now the only other viable option is to set a notification for ALL tickets that are created, which can get pretty spammy the busier things get.

    I suggest an integration with Pin Payments that can handle Multi-currency payment options - No need for merchant account. Nice API sandbox with plenty of partner apps already using there system. Please vote

  13. Allow us to set a default ticket priority by customer

    It would be nice if we had a setting in the customer itself to have all tickets opened for them to have a default priority (I.E. customers on a service contract, or other important clients are defaulted to priority 1, all others default to normal, or maybe even default to slow for some bad clients who are terrible at paying).

  14. Force Customer Updates

    Enable an option to ensure customers information is updated at a new ticket or check in. if the customer has not been in the store in a while. I am always running into the issue where the employeed forget or are just lazy to update email, phone etc....

  15. make it possible to rearrange the sections on the Customer record

    We've got a number of staff logging tickets & we're trying to get them to do this via the Customer record so they can see previous tickets and avoid booking duplicates. But the Tickets section is quite a ways down the screen - it'd be nice if we could arrange the layout to suit our personal preferences.

    Each time I save and invoice as a PDF it defaults the name invoice-large.pdf

  18. Integration With Call Rail For Phone Calls

    Since the PBX integration is really only compatible with a very small number of PBX systems (ours won't work with it - Ringcentral) so we would like to see something like callrail.com supported. With Call rail you can setup tracking numbers, when a call comes in it can not only be tracked with call rail but also logged to the user's account, further I believe the user's name/CID info can be passed to call rail for insertion into their system - check out http://apidocs.callrail.com/

  19. Phone camera integration

    I sometimes repair devices on-site for customers. Would be nice if I could scan barcodes with my phone's camera rather than typing UPCs for parts or fixed prices. A USB label scanner with a PC/Mac is fine for the office, but I can't plug a bar code scanner into my iPhone or iPad.

  20. give the option for tax-exclusive pricing as default

    As a purely business-to-business service company in the UK, we only ever refer to ex-VAT prices. Having to remember to put inclusive pricing on Estimates and in Inventory is making life really difficult. Could we get an option to choose how we enter our pricing?
