  1. Having the option for ticket comment emails to come from 'company name', not 'employee name'

    At the moment, when any employee sends a ticket comment email from the system, the customer receives an email from that employee, not from the company.

    We use certain email addresses for certain communication types with customers; enquiries@, admin@, invoices@, etc, and would like to be able to set a generic email address for the comments to come from (I just found out it's not possible at the moment).

  2. ETA on Parts

    I use the notes field to insert ETAs for parts, but it would be nice to have a field like order date that can be displayed on the parts list page to quickly glance at ETAs of all parts.

    Also, when auto bill is setup, it will bill parts that have not arrived. Holding parts from invoices until marked as arrived would save from having to explain to customers that their part is coming and "the system" just billed you before it came in.

  4. Klipfolio - Dashboard Design

    Would like to see a "Dashboard" interface that would be customizable to each employee/sales person as well as a company wide dashboard (for sales, cost/revenue/profit, tickets, etc).     When adding more than one asset I need to click on the assets link and then new asset. Could you not add a button to the created asset page so you can directly add another asset without any extra steps.

  6. Inventory and Purchase order Issues and necessary update

    Hey guys, a few issues we are experiencing:

    Adding another button to the purchase order is necessary:

    Add All Low Stock Items by this Vendor (not on a previous PO yet)

    We place purchase orders before the previous one would arrive, so every time we have to manually remove the items on the new purchase order that are on the older purchase order that hasn't arrived yet.

  7. Please enable copy text on a "Purchase order" page

    When there is a purchase order created the copy text feature is
    disabled on that page. I can't click on the individual items on the list
    and open it in another tab, also I can't copy the name of it.
    Using the purchase order without these (at least one of them) on almost
    the daily basis makes it difficult to manage. Every time when I have to
    check a part what is the reason that is on the list, I have to manually
    open another tab and type it in.

  8. invoice payment screen should have POS Layout

    Once a customer and ticket is created and make invoice is selected along with selecting payment form we would how have the options to add the POS style buttons and categories to select the service in which they are paying for.

  9. Recurring invoices for customized timeframes

    It would be nice to be able to choose Bi-Monthly or "On every *** & *** of every month. This way it supports NET15, or if you run them every 1st & 15th of the month.

  10. Inventory display on invoices

    I would be very helpful if we could see all options and categories when adding inventory to an invoice as a line item, rather than having to type it first for it to auto-populate. Sometimes services or parts can have synonymous terms that weren't used when creating the inventory listing, making it difficult to remember the wording used for the item.

    For example, OS Reinstall can also be called Reformat, and so on. Most POS systems have a visual aid that allow you to see what is in the inventory. This would be ideal.

  11. Multiple Calendar in Field Jobs

    I think that adding the option to use multiple Google calendars would be very useful, especially for us using the One Man Army package.

    For instance, I have my personal Google calendar and my business Google calendar and they are synced with each other with full access. However, when adding the Google calendar in RepairShopr, it asks me to choose one of the two calendars.   13. Integrate with todoist

    We use todoist as a general office task management system, and I think it would be pretty slick to have repair shoppr populate new tickets on an "unassigned" project on todoist, and have our managers assign these tasks daily. That way, even people who don't use repair shoppr and just want to get a quick glance at who is doing what can quickly see how swamped/open our technicians are, and can move around other tasks accordingly.

  14. Prorate Charges

    This would be good for subscription based antivirus. They pay for the
    remainder of the month plus the next month. We are getting more into
    becoming a Managed Service Provider business with break fix customers still coming in. We are developing more recurring invoices with the initial setup and payment prorated for the remainder of the month.

  16. Show subscriptions when a new ticket is created, on the ticket, and when a customer is accessed

    I would love to be able to see that a customer has a subscription or a "Service Plan" while creating a ticket, In the ticket itself, and when I just pull the customer up. This would make knowing what customers have paid for service plans so much easier, Knowing when the customer needs to be invoices, or when the scope of work is inside their plan, etc.

  18. Add Subjects for “Arrival” and “Departed” Comments for Tickets with Appointments

    We just found out that the mobile site for RS has Arrival/Departed buttons for tech's to check-in and check-out of the job. We NEVER use the mobile site since so many things are missing/different, however these are extremely handy updates to add.

    Can you please add "Arrived" and "Departed" comment subjects for Tickets? Even better if these subjects would only show on Tickets that have an appointment scheduled. Thanks!

  19. Show which SPECIFIC Location has Inventory "IN TRANSIT" with the Blue Airplane Icon

    We LOVE the little blue airplane icon that lets us know inventory items are "on the way"; but it only shows the icon on the "parent" item, not for each location.

    For big chain accounts, it would be extremely helpful to show the airplane icon as a reference on the parent, AND show it under each location (using the drop-down arrow to show locations) that has the item on a PO with a link to it. This will be especially necessary when POs are restricted to locations that only authorized users are allowed to view (still not sure why this…

  20. Post incoming/outgoing CID updates to ALL open Tickets

    The incoming and (soon to be posted) outgoing CID hidden ticket updates work extremely well for keeping track of communications during open tickets; but only if there is ONE ticket open.

    When multiple tickets are open, the CID ticket updates only post to the NEWEST ticket. From out experience, when a customer calls in, they often reference multiple/all tickets they have open. As such, it would make sense to post the incoming/outgoing call data to ALL tickets that are open.

    This wouldn't effect anything negatively since CID ticket posts are hidden, so it won't make printed tickets longer or anything.…
