ETA on Parts
I use the notes field to insert ETAs for parts, but it would be nice to have a field like order date that can be displayed on the parts list page to quickly glance at ETAs of all parts.
Also, when auto bill is setup, it will bill parts that have not arrived. Holding parts from invoices until marked as arrived would save from having to explain to customers that their part is coming and "the system" just billed you before it came in.

I am supporting this. I emailed RS and suggested a Date Due In on parts and they thought it was a great idea and that I should suggest it but this was suggested two years ago. I am suprised that it is not a stanard feature.
We order lots of parts and some come from China or whereever and the expected date they are due to arrive might be six weeks away.
So on my current system as well as having a date ordered field and a date received field we also have a DUE DATE where we put the date the supplier says they will be in on.
It would be nice if RS would then flag any parts that have not been booked in and that are overdue.
Sadly I think like so many good ideas on here this will be the last I hear of it. Unless.......
