This would be a great feature. Some of my automation it doesn't matter if they are delayed an hour, but certain things such as my ready for pickup automation would be nice if they could be set to instant or even 5-10mins.

I would love for any type of integration to automatically call customers to notify their ticket is ready for pickup!

If automation could be trigger "if comment" "contains" "fill in the blank" then by using canned responses we could cause automation to add public\private comments, sms, email, urgency changes, status changes, etc etc etc.
