An error occurred while saving the comment The Hard Drive commentedThis would be a great feature. Some of my automation it doesn't matter if they are delayed an hour, but certain things such as my ready for pickup automation would be nice if they could be set to instant or even 5-10mins.

Probably the wrong type of API for us to do on a whim, maybe if this gets some votes.

I would also like this feature.
If automation could be trigger "if comment" "contains" "fill in the blank" then by using canned responses we could cause automation to add public\private comments, sms, email, urgency changes, status changes, etc etc etc.
