    We were prepping to start this and realized the narrow-scope version we were willing to commit to would just make most people upset that we “built it half way” – but we aren’t in a position to compete with docusign/etc and spend a year building a proper solution.

    We could more easily help make a zapier/webmerge solution work if you wanted some automation, if we get a lot of feedback supporting that idea I’ll make it happen pretty quickly.

    Just to clarify.....the invoices page has "Location" presently as the last row/header item....seems like this could easily be added to tickets as well.

    has there been any update to this? I'd much rather track outgoing calls to customers than incoming! Has Troy had a chance to look into creating the additional CID query string for outgoing?

    i'd pay extra for this!!! Ready to ditch my other non-integrated quoting tool that i pay 140.00/month for ...for 1 user. +1 for this. I don't even need all the functionality, just a bit more flexibility with options and one-time purchases as well as the ability for monthly recurring items ON ONE QUOTE.

    This has my vote. We have a lot of customers that scheduled house-calls or on-sites at their business. They only have one e-mail address (typically their business e-mail). We cannot distinguish the different addresses unless we create multiple customer entries for the same customer and we really need to have the ability to put the same e-mail address for each of those.

    A PO make-over is up soon once serialized inventory is live. Hope to include some of these aspects in that pass!
