Estimate/Quotes Revamp
My idea is to basically be able to create 1 awesome quote without having to make 3 different ones for clients every time which just confuses everyone and makes my estimates portal look like i'm a millionaire. I want to be able to have options and upsell my customers without making it confusing. Have each option area have radio buttons where they can select one and then add on's which they can tick if they would like.
Include a picture of who create the estimate for them. Great optional feature.
Make it a little harder for them to approve the estimates by adding an option to make the estimate require a signature and a deposit if we require one. I find a lot of the times people "accidentally" approve. Regardless, enabling some sort of validation code or signature or having them type their name would make this way better.
PLEASE VOTE! This would be an amazing feature to have and I've been wanting it for the longest time!

More flexibility with Estimates would be great, including options, category dividers (i.e. network / surveillance / A/V / etc), and also the ability to display Inventory product photos on the Estimates (and subsequent Invoices)!

Yes please! Anything that will allow us to display uploaded-photos from Inventory on Estimates / Invoices!!

This is an amazing idea and would help everyone.
We as a business could easily up sell by offering the customers items which are not compulsory but optional. Customer could then approve or decline the optional items only, without having to contact us, requesting for x amount of optional items to be removed and then we have to revise the estimate and resend it.
There are many other CRM's doing this already.Please implement this

i'd pay extra for this!!! Ready to ditch my other non-integrated quoting tool that i pay 140.00/month for ...for 1 user. +1 for this. I don't even need all the functionality, just a bit more flexibility with options and one-time purchases as well as the ability for monthly recurring items ON ONE QUOTE.

As part of the revamp I would like to see quote revisions and the multiple template options for quotes. Sometimes I like to hide the part number or the discount column or do roll-up pricing (basically show one price like a bundle without having to actually create a bundle).
