An error occurred while saving the comment William commentedI agree. The simplicity of Square and the quick time frame to get our cash is key. Authorize.Net is usually 3 days. I know there is Square integration with iOS but honestly, the iOS version of RS is horrible and always disconnects my reader having me spend countless hours reconnecting. I'd love to see integration into the web app (like Authorize.net) so we can just run our CC's through Square for everybody!

An error occurred while saving the comment William commentedThis would be very beneficial in my shop as well. Would love to be able to scan the ticket to move it through various stages.... In Progress, Completed, Checkout. We already use the POS piece to checkout more efficiently but would like to set each station to scan and change status accordingly.

An error occurred while saving the comment William commentedA little cumbersome implementing at first (wasn't sure how the process worked from within a ticket. Clearer documentation needed. Would also love to see it collect Asset info as Adam commented. Also, time tracking would be really useful. I'm one that always forgets to start the timer on remote support calls. Always have to refer to the phone call log. Would be really useful if the timer does this for you.
I think this is a very much needed option -- sync reminders to Outlook (O365) and even Google Calendar. I live by my calendar and really rely on popup reminders from the calendar to keep me on my toes. Email reminders are nice as an "agenda" for the day type notification but I already get way too much email as it is.
