more functionality with reminders.
Reminders are great but they need a couple of things to make them better. here goes:
1. Notification when a reminder is created by another tech for you.
2. sync reminder with outlook (office 365) tasks.
3. create a ticket directly from a reminder rather than dismiss

I think this is a very much needed option -- sync reminders to Outlook (O365) and even Google Calendar. I live by my calendar and really rely on popup reminders from the calendar to keep me on my toes. Email reminders are nice as an "agenda" for the day type notification but I already get way too much email as it is.

Agreed with jack.parsons and Douglas. Maybe if reminders would sync with current calendar program? We use google Calendar and if reminders would sync like appointments. or just a text at date and time of reminder?

We use the reminder system for phone messages - it would really, really be beneficial if we got an email or a text message letting us know it exists.... Otherwise it sits there till the next time I sit still... if I am making money - I'm not sitting still... get it?!
