We have several techs and office personnel. I need to be able to not have the non-tech personnel show on the online scheduler. In other words, when using the online scheduler, unless a specific tech is specified, then the calendar will show availability when there is none because it is pulling from the RS calendar of all personnel, tech or otherwise. I know we can specify who is a tech and who is not in the Security Groups but this doesn't seem to work for the online scheduler. Or maybe have an option for the user to pull down a list of available techs and only listing the actual technicians rather than having that pre-defined in the widget.
