An error occurred while saving the comment James Moore commentedSo FYI I think there's already a rental request ticket. You might got more mileage by just adding your votes to that one.

An error occurred while saving the comment James Moore commentedABSOLUTELY LOVE this idea. We have tons of situations where we'd prefer a combo box, and right now we just need to leave them as text entry fields.
Combo box availability for worksheets and custom fields would be incredible.

An error occurred while saving the comment James Moore commentedI'm adding a vote to this as I'd really appreciate it, and I think it would tie in really really well with my request on adding product category discounts to Contracts.
I think the two kind of go hand in hand, as we're trying to accomplish similar goals here. Properly discounting products based on the Category and how much margin we have available on the items.

An error occurred while saving the comment James Moore commentedCouldn't it just say "Price per Contract" and it would solve all of this?

An error occurred while saving the comment James Moore commentedFinally freed up some votes to give this. Would be thrilled to have a rental ticketing type of system. Would allow me to get my rentals out of Assets and properly organized. Currently we have to do lots of shuffling of assets on and off customers to make them appear on job tickets, and billing is a pain.
Troy, I know I'm on a request frenzy, but take them as you're able. The improvements your team has been making are great.
An error occurred while saving the comment James Moore commentedOur business would greatly appreciate this as well. Knowing which Assets are "rental" units, what shape are they in (did the customer bring it back dinged up and it needs a repair ticket?) and that sort of thing would help us a lot with scheduling. We could even use the intake form for terms and conditions!
I'm out of votes, but when some of the projects I voted on are completed I'll move my votes here.

We were prepping to start this and realized the narrow-scope version we were willing to commit to would just make most people upset that we “built it half way” – but we aren’t in a position to compete with docusign/etc and spend a year building a proper solution.
We could more easily help make a zapier/webmerge solution work if you wanted some automation, if we get a lot of feedback supporting that idea I’ll make it happen pretty quickly.
An error occurred while saving the comment James Moore commentedHey Troy,
Out of curiosity, what is the big feature that this was behind? I'm just wondering if that roadblock has been finished yet.
Best,
James

Just to clarify, is the idea here that you could create an invoice in RepairShopr as a draft and then choose when to manually sync it to Xero? This is the feedback we’ve heard recently from others.
An error occurred while saving the comment James Moore commentedHey guys,
We're trying to have invoices sent out through one system at the shop, is it possible to have these go through as Drafts? WorkFlowMax did this through an option. Would it be super difficult to do on your end?

An error occurred while saving the comment James Moore commentedYeah, I'll second the worksheet features, would be great to have in refurbs.
Major one for me is that I can't see the SNs of the units in refurbs, so no one has any idea what they're working on without going in to the customer purchase itself for every unit to find the one you're refurbishing. Putting the SN in the table for refurbs would go a long way.

An error occurred while saving the comment James Moore commentedI could REALLY use the tickets functionality here. We use the worksheets as part of our standard calibration process, so all jobs (internal or external) need to have a ticket number assigned. Even an easy way to create a ticket that uses our own info as the customer would help.
Yeah would really like to see an update on this. Contact and Locations really need an overhaul.
