Customer Dynamic List
Add the ability to search based on product/service purchased. This would allow us to have more customized emailing options. Currently, we have to add a warranty to the product/service and then create a mailing list based on the warranty name.
Also, would like an option to email after x weeks in addition to warranty expiration in x weeks.1 vote -
User Activity Report
I would love to see an additional report available to admins that will allow me to do a quick overview on what changes a user has made during XX Period for XX User(today, yesterday, last week, Custom date search) If we see some mistakes they made and would like to provide some training or malicious issues; otherwise it would allow me to look at just that user and what changes they have made.

I would like to see a way of adding a variation to inventory Stock to streamline entering in new inventory.

Optional Components software in Estimates
When I do an estimate or bundle I like to add a couple of optional Items ie bundle plus optional MS Office, but it gives the total of both bundle and office. How about the ability to have the total for the bundle for the estimate and the an option to say add $$ for Office

Assets manager allows data import via speccy
For those of you who don't know Speccy is a free tool that automatically scans a computer and retrieves the hardware information. It's quite extensive and an excellent way to quickly identify things like motherboard name, RAM type etc.
I would like to be able to upload the speccy output directly into the assets module. This would save alot of time when onsite and make it easier overall to add new hardware to better serve my customers.

Employee Scheduling software
Hello I love you guys software, but i was wondering if you could maybe partner with a company like When I Work (www.wheniwork.com) or (http://www.yournextseven.com) or develop a employee scheduling software similar that will allow your us to be able to create shifts and schedule our employees. This will also allow my employees to see the work schedule anywhere.

Recurring Statements
It would be nice to make it so that statement can be scheduled just like recurring invoices.
Maybe even have option on recurring invoice to attach statement of account.

Scan assets from phone or tablet
If it is not already possible, it would be nice to walk in to one of my regular customers offices with my ipad and scan an asset tag and see the history of tickets/issues with this machine and then be able to start a new ticket from the asset screen if one hadn't already been created.

CSV Reports
When a report is prepared and then the CSV is downloaded the appearance of the details is different. Often the order is changed, however the totals are also missing. I know that it is easy enough to add the totals and change the order with excel, however I don't understand why the information cannot be the same as the screen report. What is the point of having a report that when printed is not the same?

Edit print triggers / when something print
Right now you can turn on or off printer or specify what printers are used to print invoices, receipts etc.
I would like to be able to edit the actual trigger themselves.
Triger1 cash payment via invoice:Print receipt. print invoice
Trigger2 Cash payment via POS: Print Receipt

Track Internal Projects
It would be nice to have a spot to track internal projects without it clogging up the ticket dashboard. Basically a spot for projects that you'd like to accomplish in spare time.

Add charges overview to Ticket print out.
We like to provide paper work with a job when it's collected, but currently we are having to print off multiple sheets of paper to ensure has details of the jobs notes and invoice details.
Would it be possible to add the charges applied to a ticket to the print out template so everything could be included in one print?

usb drawer pop-open
recently I posted a comment on an existing planned feature; the printer drawer-open integration. I don't know if comments really are the best way to inject ideas on an already existing subject, so I decided to make a separate post.

Available stock shown when adding items to invoice
When selecting an item from the inventory whilst creating an invoice it would be great to see how may items of something we have in stock.
It only needs to show Qty after the item list which appears.It would serve as an additional fail safe when adding items to invoices as you could make sure instantly that the item is in stock and would highlight any stock issues / description issues / qty issues

Quoting system
It would be great if there was a system in RS that allowed us to upload a PDF we create ourselves of a quote for whatever (new PC, server, Network solution etc etc) then give the customer a link to their portal where they can view this quote.
Then when the customer wants to accept the quote have a screen where our terms and conditions can be listed and have the name / signature box showing, just like on invoices, tickets etc.

customer purchase
Hello, I like the idea of the Customer Purchase feature. However, I would like to know if the fields are customizable where I can add or remove specific fields. RIght now it's really basic. I want to get more in detail with being able to select the carrier, storage/memory, model, etc. Something similar to the customer kiosk where they go through each detail. Also, after adding the item, we want to be able to track any parts that are needed to refurb the item and account for those to get the total cost.

Status should auto to Scheduled after setting an appointment
It would be beneficial to have ticket status to automatically update to "Scheduled" after setting an appointment that is connected to a ticket.
