Scan assets from phone or tablet
If it is not already possible, it would be nice to walk in to one of my regular customers offices with my ipad and scan an asset tag and see the history of tickets/issues with this machine and then be able to start a new ticket from the asset screen if one hadn't already been created.

I would say this is a must. Why would you scan an asset if not to see the asset history?

This feature feels beyond necessary and overdue. Not only that but you could then create a ticket from the asset on a mobile device, much like you do with the desktop version.

This would be absolutely amazing...
Also - for the times when I pickup a system and they are an existing customer. Simply scan the bar code (that was left on their system) and I have all of their customer information and asset details at a single scan.

When POS is integrated with app would be useful to be able to use the camera as a basic bar-code scanner to scan tickets or products

That would be fantastic! Firstly we should be able to print a barcode or qr code to stick on the computer (or other items). Then with a scanner we could find the history of that item!
