Google Drive - Have live backups made of your data to your Dropbox account.
I have always been curious of why it is that we don't have Google Drive integration in the way that DropBox is done in Apps.

LEADS Module OVERHAUL - UPGRADE Inboxr and UNIFY Features
The Leads module is in need of some serious TLC. It's had dozens of tweaks and changes all kind of "patched in" and now is really a mess of a feature. You can use Inboxr as an upgrade, but it can't be set as default. Leads has a link to the customer, but Inboxr has the ability to reply to emails in a typical email fashion. You can't mark as read in Inboxr, nor can you specify location; but it’s the only place you can do bulk selections. It's kind of like two halves of a Frankenstein feature. As of…

bulk disable of inventory items
It would be nice to be able to utilize the check boxes on inventory items and be able to hit disable and have it apply to those selected items instead of one at a time.

Item Search In POS Menu
In the POS Item Section, an additional Search bar to search for an item in the inventory list.

Edit Issue Type from Ticket List
When I view all tickets in the ticket list, there are a few fields I can change directly from this list without having to go into the ticket.
It would be useful to be able to change the ISSUE TYPE via the ticket list view rather than having to go into each ticket individually?
We have added lots of jobs using random issue types but now want to retrospectively correct these to enhance the statistics

Sync tax rates, attributes, tags & characteristics to WooCommerce
Hi there,
We're using RS &Woo a lot these days and we're finding that we have to do a lot of manual updating on our Wordpress backend once the product has sync'd from RS.
To prevent the manual additions would help us massively. It would be amazing if the following items could be sync'd from RS to Woo.
-Tax rates
-Gallery Image (even if it's the same as the featured image)
-Characteristics
-Attributes
-TagsHopefully this would also help other RS & Woo users.

Make due date customizable on /tickets page
We are working on implementing due dates better in our workflow but it is challenging to have to go into the ticket to change a due date. It would be really awesome if clicking on the due date would bring up maybe 4 quick change options such as, now, 1 hour, 24 hour, 7 days.

Item Cost & Retail - Enter Both via PO & Stays with Item Serial
When we create a PO for phone screens, our cost can be up or down depending on the day. We need to be able to edit our cost & the retail & wholesale costs from the P.O. screen, and have the item pricing carry specifically to that item's serial number.

Receive Inventory - Modify Qty, Location, Cost and Retail Price
It would be a terrific time saver if you could enter:
- Bin Location
- Quantity
- Cost
- Price
While receiving inventory or "taking stock"
As parts are received they could fulfil the "pending orders" and update the quantity on hand.
This would be a great feature for the Parts Order or the P.O. module. Ideally both.

Bulk delete attachments on ticket
Since many ticket updates are happening by email, I'm finding that tickets have a number of attachments due to images that clients use in their email signature or embedded images in some automated emails. It gets particularly bad when I merge tickets. I've been trying to delete some of the attachments but it's a very tedious process as it has to be done one at a time, and the page reloads requiring scrolling down to delete the next one. Checkboxes or maybe a nuclear "Delete all attachments" would be nice.

Waiting to buy when you offer full customization of what my clients see and receives.
Not gonna send my clients 3/4 french and 1/4 english emails or invoices.
Very basic feature.
