Allow QuickBooks export to assign a class
When exporting from RepairShopr to Quickbooks we need to have those transaction to a certain "class" in Quickbooks. This is a critical feature request for proper accounting and reporting in QB.

Create new customer contact while creating new ticket
I was just creating a new ticket for a specific contact at the customer's office. This person isn't on the customer's list of contacts, so I find myself either having to cancel the new ticket to edit the customer, or create the ticket and then add the contact and update ticket later (and the contact won't get the 'New Ticket' email)
Would be nice to type a name even if it isn't in drop down list and get prompt to add contact if needed.

When doing Stock take, add all scanned items to the list for review
Add all items scanned into list
- all scanned items need to be counted and added to the list
- if there is an exception mark it on the list but please add it
- in big counts when scanning what is on hand, instances that have been sold or used in fifo aren't added, the system says they're gone,but they're not, they're in my hand i'm scanning them. Currently they aren't added and even scanned counts aren't accurate.
it would be ideal to have these marked and the in stock instances database be updated with scanned labels10 votes -

Variable Products
Would love to have a feature that allows us to add variable products. Example, A certain Accessory comes in Blue, Pink, Red, Yellow etc. Instead of creating 4 different products to accommodate each SKU, have the option to add colors to the item, and only create 1 inventory item with multiple sku's.

Integration with Splashtop Remote Support Software
Really liking the Splashtop interface and seems to fit well for many MSPs or Breakfix Shops.
Currently migrating to them as we speak and would love an integration to start a session similar to Teamviewer in RepairShopr

marketr send emails when ticket is just resolved
As I deal mainly with businesses I invoice after the ticket is complete but as Marketr only sends emails when complete and paid my emails are sent at the wrong times.
I would like to be able to send my Marketr emails when the tickets are marked as resolved and not paid for.

POS quantities
Needs an overhaul...
If I press one of my items it just adds it once. Pressing multiple times adds a new line "1 @". There's no way to click and edit the quantity? Needs to be a way to edit or automatically add to quantity if line item already exists.
If using barcode scanner I can click the number box next to "scan a barcode" and it works, but it's problematic too. 1) Have to remember to do it first or can't edit its after quantity. 2) on computer screen only displays 1 digit of whatever number is entered (field…

Add an option to BCC all outbound emails
To allow for email archiving and also for better tracking of emails, it would be good if RepairShopr had a function to allow all outbound emails to be BCC'd into a designated address.
This is handy both for archiving and legal requirements, but lets you connect to the mailbox and be able to tell customers "well our system definitely sent that email, since it gets copied to us as well".

Invoice due dates automatically update
Hi guys,
All my invoices are dated for the end of the month with NET 15 terms. It would be nice when I create an invoice, and change the invoice date, that it looks at the terms and automatically adjusts the due date. For example, this month each invoice has a date of 5/31 and after creating an invoice for one of my customers I have to then go change not only the invoice date, but the due date as well.

Time Clock Kiosk Mode
Kiosk Mode for the time punch system. This will allow your shop employees to have a central location for punching in and out. Webpage without a timeout or and android or apple app would be cool too.

Allow Calendar Default View Option
Please allow for the selection of the default calendar view. I prefer looking at the month view. Especially since the addition of multi day scheduling. Possibly a setting page in the admin, or at the user level would do the trick.

Edit recurring tickets
Currently the only options to edit a recurring ticket is the scheduling. The actual ticket that is generated cant be changed.
Once you set up the ticket, and then make it recurring, there is nothing you can do to it. I would like to be able to change the "Issue Type", add or remove Worksheets, Have it create calendar appointments, Add on default charges and also have an option for recurring tickets not to trigger Marketr.3 votes -
Contract Templates
I would like people to be able to add a kinda "intake form" style thing to setting up a contract. For example setting up a credit agreement, and the ability to add a worksheet to the top of each.
This will enable us to have credit card debit authorizations, direct debit authorizations, credit agreements, so that customers are able to be held to the contracts as well as the other way around.

Integrate Amazon as a parts distributor like iFixIt
How you can search and order parts with iFixIt, do the same with Amazon. I know many repair shops that use Amazon because they can get wholesale pricing without having to buy in bulk.

Integrate AASP Appointment Scheduler with RepairShopr
Apple are rolling out a new scheduling tool to their service providers.
Unfortunately in order to view appointment it require login in to GSX!There is no notification system, no ical/caldev link, nothing,
If there were a way to have RS pull appointments from the Apple scheduler and maybe put them in its calendar, it would be cool.

NB. This is not the regular GSX integration which I believe has a rather icky API, as far as I can tell this is regular REST and may be easier to implement.

Estimates marked as Draft - by default (feature request)
We've had a growing issue with our estimate building.
All our technicians have the capability to build estimates. Depending if they're doing a repair, or building a quote for a new PC build; they create estimates.
The issue I've been having however, is that customers have been able to 'see' these estimates while they're being built. O_o
Not all our customers are savvy, however, the ones that have been using our services for some time, know how to access their portal... and typically when we tell them an estimate is on it's way... they'll go to the portal and await…
