  2. Enter Labor Log on Behalf of Another Tech

    Currently, when a user/tech enters information into the Labor Log, it's tied to that tech, and shows up this way on the Invoice line item.

    It would be handy if an administrator, or the ticket assignee possibly, could manually change the tech in the Ticket Timer Log, especially for Projects or when multiple techs work on a ticket.

    Example: Bob is assigned a ticket. This ticket will take 3 days to finish, and will need Joe to help. Currently, both techs will need to sign in and update what they did on that ticket. If for some reason one of…

  3. Allow Re-Arranging of Items Within a Bundle

    When configuring a system assembly part list into a bundle item, it's important that the parts always fall in the same order.

    Chassis
    Power Supply
    Motherboard
    CPU
    RAM......etc
    Just as with a checklist, this order creates consistency and lowers the chance of omitting something.
    Currently, without the ability to rearrange the items' order in the list, there's no ability to have a standard configuration that can simply be cloned and modified in to make minor changes.   4. Create Custom Tabs with iFrame option

    It would be a nice feature if we could configure a custom tab up top- ideally if we could embed another site in iFrame. This way we could keep more of our business items under one pane.

  5. Assign a Position to a Job

    E.g what workbench it's on, what collection it's on. We currently write it on the worksheet but it gets lost within entries if there are multiple. Would be really useful to look at the job and see instantly where it is. (Maybe under the subject)

In other words, when using the online scheduler, unless a specific tech is specified, then the calendar will show availability when there is none because it is pulling from the RS calendar of all personnel, tech or otherwise. I know we can specify who is a tech and who is not in the Security Groups but this doesn't seem to work for the online scheduler. Or maybe have an option for the user to pull down a…

    I find it kinda crazy keeping track of all I am doing with browser tabs. My idea is a crazy web app that allows you to have multiple tickets open in one browser tab (or create a chrome app that launches in another window) Much of the design idea comes from NinjaRMM.   9. Contact sync with Hubspot CRM using PieSync.com

    Would like to see RepairShopr have a more direct contact/company sync with Hubspot CRM. Right now it is only supported through Zapier when a new customer is added to RepairShopr, a Zap can be run, to create a new contact in Hubspot CRM, however it is not a true sync if data changes in either system.

    Would like to see RepairShop support PieSync.com, which is a true synchronization tool that would allow us to sync our existing customer data with our prospecting data in Hubspot.

  10. Sync Sales Rep to Quickbooks Desktop

    Would like to be able to sync the sales rep tied to the Estimate and Invoice.
    We track commission in Quickbooks, so currently, the Sales Rep field in QB is blank any invoices that sync from RS. This makes tying Invoices to sales reps a manual process currently.

  11. customer portal collect email if not provided

    It would be great if a customer that does not yet have an email could still login to the portal through the Widget. I have the widget on my site and it would save me a ton of time entering emails with customers or trying to collect them in person when they can just be collected if the user wanted to check their status. Add email verification there so we stop having typos from the in person collection.

  13. Sync PO shipping charges from RepairShopr to Quickbooks Online

    Shipping charges on the RepairShopr PO never sync over to the Quickbooks Online PO. The QB PO is always less the shipping charges, and we have to go into each PO and bill manually in QB and add the shipping charges. Very frustrating and time consuming.

    It would be awesome if, when we have a RS PO with shipping costs associated with it, it would automatically sync over as a shipping cost line item on the QB PO. This would make the process completely automated. Thanks!

  15. Repairshopr auto re-ordering from Amazon

    Whenever I input an invoice for an item that is in inventory. i.e. iphone 6 lcd repair. I want the inventory system setup, to automatically re-order an Iphone 6 lcd from my supplier (amazon or ebay). I have heard of some users being able to pull in tax or inventory info from Amazon. Can tell my Aleksa to reorder parts as well, if that helps. Problem is, people forget things, this system would never forget.

  16. Ticket Automation Schedule

    We love the ticket automations but having them run every hour often has some downfalls. It would be great if we could set the interval. So we could tell the ticket automation to run every X minutes, in addition to inside/outside business hours.

  17. Add the ability to add customer notes historically

    Often, I make notes for customers.
    For example, I may add a note today to say that I changed an email address password. Not a ticket issue. More for my records.
    Then, a week later, I may add another note regarding something else.
    It would be great to see a list of historic notes just like tickets.
    Rather than just one long note with manually entered dates within it.

  18. Ability to choose email from address based on location

    We have multiple stores and each store manages its own email.

    Currently, RS only allows emails to be sent from one email address. This isn't too handy, someone has to monitor that email address and then forward on the email to the right store. It would be much better if you could set a from email address that was based on your logged in location. Estimates, invoices, ticket comments replies would then find there way back to the right owner.

    You can set location specific email address in the big chain settings but this doesn't seem to be applied anywhere.

    I have customers who have 'domain.net' email addresses. These don't seem to get validated as email addresses and therefore I can't send them emails from tickets. Can we include '.net' as a valid email extension, please?
