Contact sync with Hubspot CRM using PieSync.com
Would like to see RepairShopr have a more direct contact/company sync with Hubspot CRM. Right now it is only supported through Zapier when a new customer is added to RepairShopr, a Zap can be run, to create a new contact in Hubspot CRM, however it is not a true sync if data changes in either system.
Would like to see RepairShop support PieSync.com, which is a true synchronization tool that would allow us to sync our existing customer data with our prospecting data in Hubspot.
Hubspot provides more features from a CRM perspective when prospecting new clients than RepairShopr. We would like to use Hubspot CRM when prospecting and then when we land a new business client, we will use RepairShopr as our ticketing / production system for processing the order, invoicing, etc as it has more features on that side of the business than Hubspot CRM.
I think you need to take the same approach with CRM and prospecting tools that other CRM's provide vs trying to build everything in RepairShopr. I have seen many other suggestions for integrations with several other CRM tools on this message board.
This is no different that if RepairShopr decided to NOT integrate with QuickBooks because you said you are going to eventually build a full blown accounting system inside of repairshopr, but over a long time period. I think you need to take the same approach with CRM tools already on the market as you do with some of your other integration tools and categories of tools. Thanks Dave
