Ticket Automation Schedule
We love the ticket automations but having them run every hour often has some downfalls. It would be great if we could set the interval. So we could tell the ticket automation to run every X minutes, in addition to inside/outside business hours.

We would love a fix for this.
We would like to be able to notify our customers automatically that their device is ready for pickup but we don't want to notify them every hour of that.

I totally agree. Running every hour is very limiting.
