Google contacts/carddav support
Would be nice to have Google contacts/carddav support. This would make it easier to call or email customers from my phone/computer, and let me know which customer is calling my cell phone.
Marking complete as supported by the zapier integration.

There is a duplicate request to sync contacts, I just given 3 votes there...
This is really missing feature, otherwise it's a double entry because you can't call from from the Shopr, you call from the phone and thus you need to maintain two address books.
Perhaps RepairShopr could create a category in Google Contacts if syncing the entire Google address book including private contacts seems unnecessary overkill

Any sign of life here? So hanging out for any sign of this feature being possible

I just found your product and it looks like it does exactly what I need. However, like everyone else in this thread, I need to sync contacts to Google. I currently use a CRM called Capsule that syncs one way to Google Contacts.

This would be HUGE... I am tired of maintaining multiple databases and things are getting out of control...

This would be good, but really, we'd love anything which gives us the option to access our contacts via outlook, native android/ios contacts, or our voip phones caller ID (which requires LDAP)

I just want my contacts to sync from gmail to RepairShopr and back. It makes it easier to have the contacts show up on my cell phone and google voice, when necessary. Would be pretty handy!

Seems to be a tricky thing due to google contacts not having a directory function (they rely on 3rd party products)
- this means repairshopr would need to build the backend and the sync, massive job.
Looking at googles ability to use active directory to do the backend (directory)
- any possibility of repairshopr syncing (2 ways) with Active Directory? -

Yeppers, but we don't use QuickBooks online, and quite a few folks don't. That being said, we signed up and just maintain two databases it's annoying, but has been worth it. Would still really really really love this feature, but I'm realizing that it would require some re-jiggering of how RepairShopr handles contacts. Which I would really like to see as well, but that's probably a little ways off. But still encouraged!

If you use Quickbooks Online with Repairshopr...it automatically syncs to QBO on your phone. Just open up the Quickbooks app, and boom...your customers info right there :)

Looking very seriously at moving to your software - but NEED the Google Contact sync so when driving around I have all my customers data at my fingertips (vital info incl. phone #'s, addresses, etc...)

Oh my god, YES PLEASE. This is literally the only thing holding us back right now. We have all our clients on a CardDAV server and while the CSV import is something not having even basic support for home and businesses addresses makes managing clients or businesses almost impossible within RepairShopr. Please please please. I'll pay extra.
