  1. Communication Log Formatting

    Hello

    We like to copy and paste emails into the Communication log from time to time however the communication log strips out the carriage returns and creates an unwieldy block of text which is harder to read than a nicely formatted email.

    It would be great if the paragraph formatting could be retained

    It would also be good if the Communication Log recorded the user details for audit purposes

  2. Leads Module

    Have a comment section on the leads for those who are not yet Customers. Would need to be able to take notes on each interaction so another Sales representative could pick up where the other sales rep left off without having to cloud the database with leads that do not go anywhere (essentially where the customer does not want our service). Do not want to continue to contact them or want to know what options have been presented to take a possible different approach with the customer.

  3. Add the ability to create customers that only get emailed invoices, not tickets or updates

    I have a customer who does not need to be notified of new tickets, I just need to send them invoices when the work is done.

    As it stands it looks like I can either default to "no email at all" and then uncheck the option when I invoice or manually check the "don't email" button when I update a ticket

    I'd really like a check box in the customer page that says "only email invoices"

  5. Leads - tie it in with the Field Jobs so there can be calendar entries made

    Would like to have the ability to tie Leads into Field Jobs so we can create a calender entry without having to create a ticket as the lead may not be a customer yet.

    Can a decline button be added in part order that will automatically archive the part order and remove it from the customer's ticket?

  7. Make it possible to select multiple tickets

    Add check boxes so you can change the status of multiple tickets at one time. It would make deleting/ changing ticket status much easier as opposed going through each one individually. Like when you have 2 tickets for one customer and things like that.

    I have an idea. We already have asset tracking! Clients are looking for subscription tracking as well.
    Adding a field when item was purchased in Asset Tracking. Could solve couple problems. In regards to Subscription tracking, warranty and asset tracking. Future updates could include. auto billing if software etc.

  10. give me a way to show recently added inventory items

    It would be nice if I could sort the inventory by the last added item or the ones I added a while ago, so I can clean that up quicker. thanks!

  11. Multiple items under one barcode

    We sell both used cellphones and used games. Both would normally carry the same UPC but varying conditions of these items means different prices. I would like the ability to have different prices as grades for games and prices for different serial numbers of used cellphones and electronics. That way I don't have to keep multiple items in my inventory each with their own barcode.

  12. Can you make the opening email a little less cryptic

    I had a customer who was very confused because she got an email when I created a ticket. The contents of the email didn't really indicate why she was receiving the email (the ticket had finally been created when I had time to do it - a week or so after she dropped off the device) Here is what I received from the system just now (I XX'd out her name):

    Mac Daddy Repairs

    Hi Mac Daddy Repairs: Customer Activity on Ticket 4262 for customer XXXXX XXXXXXX!

    Mac Daddy Repairs has an update for your ticket 4262.

  13. Add Ticket Subject to Ticket Comment Email

    A lot of my customers will have multiple Tickets open at a time, and of course they keep track of words better than numbers. I'd like to be able to add the Ticket Subject next to the ticket number in the automated email that's sent when a comment is made. That way they know what is being discussed.

  14. Make your ticket page auto refresh.

    The tickets page has to be manually refreshed when new work comes in or job statuses change. An auto refresh on an interval would be nice. Thanks :)

  15. Pay Now button to pay off the entire account balance in customer portal

    Customers are requesting a Pay Now button on the customer portal that allows them to pay off their entire account balance by either Credit Card or PayPal in one go.

    I understand that there's already a Pay Now button next to each invoice. However it's more convenient to the customer to be able to pay off more than one invoice at a time, and saves money on Credit Card transactions if this is made available to them.

  16. SN when adding items to ticket

    When you add a serialized item to a ticket under charges, it needs to ask for the serial number then, not when the invoice is created.

    A lot of times, especially with hard drives, the item is already in the unit and sealed then the invoice is made. If the tech forgot to write down the serial number, they have to reopen the machine to get it. If it would ask for serial number when add item to charges, that would be very nice.

  17. Allow names or notes to be associated with phone numbers.

    A lot of the time I have customers who give me multiple contact numbers with different people picking up the phone. For example, I just had a husband and wife give me their separate contact numbers for a recent ticket, but I can't make notes in repairshopr as to what number is associated with which person without making a note on the customer page.

  19. Add UPC code and QTY on hand to expanded line item details

    I am talking about on each individual estimate/invoice lines for the inventory items; when you click on the line to expand for more details, currently what shows is category, tax note, taxable, tax rate; cost; tech and the rma button. Here is would be nice to include the UPC code as well as the qty on hand.

  20. Add zip codes in the customer reports as a marketing tool.

    This will help a repair shop to see what zip codes are most popular and if they decide to move their store it will give them idea what direction and how far.
