Add a sales history table to a product's inventory page
Sometimes I need to go back and see when I sold a particular item to a specific customer. As it stands I have to manually search through their invoice history to find the record. It would be awesome to add a table to an item's inventory page that listed sales, including date, customer, invoice number, quantity, and serial number if applicable.

Lead conversion: Address entry for New Customer
When adding a new customer via check in mode the address fields each have their own seperate save button. This recurring need to save really slows down our customer check in times. Could this form be completed with a single save button?

Extended Costs for multiple Quantities
When the quantity is more than 1 it would make the report more useful if the costs for the quantity was extended instead of the just the sale values. Specifically on lines items of an invoice, costs report only for 1 quantity regardless of how many were sold. This would also be helpful on the various sales reports.

The ability to show only tickets with no technician assigned
I think the ability to show a list of tickets with no technician assigned would be helpful. Currently you can sort by technician which groups these tickets, or view the tickets for individual technicians. It would be helpful to have it as an additional option in the technician filter on the tickets page.

We would like to record hidden comments against invoices to record when we chase people for payment, what they said etc.

Warranty 1 Week
Would it be possible to have warranties based on days, weeks, and/or months? We guarantee our service for 7 days. On the 7th day, we would like to give the customer or client a notification that today is the last day for our warranty.

Create a Facebook support group
Please create a Facebook support group that could be at least monitored among the RS staff. Jimdo did this and it is great! They still have normal support but for quick questions its very fast. The big benefit is other users will answer questions also so its a win-win. Your customers get tips and answers from multiple users as well as your support staff in a much quicker manner and your support staff can share the answering of questions and have the (free)help of the RepairShopr community. Check out Jimdo's, I've personally used it and it's been great!

Purchase order cross reference
There should/could be a button or option on the purchase order to 'add all low stock items that are not already on another purchase order'.
It would be helpful as I could quickly order additional required stock from a vendor before they dispatch my current order.

Sales Detail Reports
Could the Sales reports show ALL the sales details by INVOICE DATE and NOT PAID date?
For example, when a payment (deposit) is received (often many days prior to the invoice date), it is not clear of where the sale details are being reported. Currently, the sale detail for a sale with a prior payment is not included on the report based on the invoice date.If the program is including the sale based on the payment (deposit) date, then all prior reports would have changed causing a domino affect to any reports that reports on sales, taxes, etc.

Part Order Auto Add To Notes
It would be awesome if logistics could automatically drop notes on the ticket for the part's shipping status, and have this automatically email out.

Colour code vendors in inventory
I use multiple vendors, so when I build a system for an estimate, it would be advantageous for me to be able to colour code the vendors so I can select the part from the correct vendor and get the whole system shipped as a single item (I build JIT and don't keep much inventory).

Please darken the widget headers for easier reading
As per title, please darken the widget headers on each page for easier reading.

Different colours for the field jobs.
I would like to be able to colour co-ordinate my calender depending on whether the field job is onsite or at a different location.
Also to be able to colour code what type of job it is: repair, training, etc.1 vote -
visual limit on how many characters an inventory item name has
Hi, is there a way to put a visual limit on how many characters an inventory item name has? If you use too many the labels on standard address labels print on seperate labels each time. This would save a lot of time during data entry.

Change the time on the "Tech Hours Report" to actual minutes
When we pull up the Tech Hours Report to review time spent on a job it shows it in hundreds which means you have to multiply that number by 60. It would be really cool if you could change this so it just reads in minutes and matches what we see in the Ticket Timer.

make it easier for me to see if the estimate or invoice has been sent to the customer.
I get the email, indicating that it was sent, but it doesn't say anywhere in the notes that the estimate was sent or the invoice was sent. That would be very helpful information.

Implement custom fields for customer phone numbers/emails
It would help me tremendously to be able to categorize methods of contacts for customers and enter custom fields for each entry. Seems simple enough and would make a big difference for me
